Terrible

The hotel was really bad. When we told the receptionist that our children were very cold, his response was worse. I would not recommend staying here, especially those with children, should rent a hotel in the center.

The hotel was cold and dirty.

Convenient 5 mins walk from station and easy to find

clean, everything needed, was only a one night stay and wasnt there long but had everything u need for one night

The price is very budget friendly. We booked a quadruple room. The room is small and sufficient. The location is easily accessible and near to all major attractions. The staff are nice.

The wifi is horrible. It frequently disconnects. There was no lock for the washroom door.

The worst hotel

First when we came, door was locked, and there was no one there at about 8 pm , some guy that we randomly saw called the guy from reception to open the door. When he came he didn’t know a single word in english , so he was speaking Czech and tried to explain us where to park using hands and Russian, even though we told him that we are not Russians. Then we have tried to use translator to communicate with him but he couldn’t read coz he cant see even with glasses. Room was the worst place we have ever seen, toilet was smelling really bad. Room was looking like it was not touched for 60 yrs. All in all , worst experience ever.

The rooms are a decent size, the staff is friendly

Facilities are a bit old, there no body wash or shampoo in the rooms, bed is 5/10

Cheap and comfortable. very good value for money, compared to other properties.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear next rooms talking, coughing quite clearly.

Plain yet cozy room. Pretty comfortable. Nice and attentive personnel. Not in the city center, but you can get there in 5-10 min easily by train. A good option for this money for a short stay.

It would be great to have an extra towel rain in the bathroom. There is no space for 2 towels and no place to put some clothes you need. And it would be great to have a hairdryer.

Exceptional

The lady who was waiting for me in the reception because they close at 9 pm, she was very kind and helpful. No breakfast . Nice place to stay not too far from the town. Good value of the money.

Soundproofing, constant knocks from neighbors, as if they were throwing a hammer on the floor, the kitchen is very dirty and bad

For the price it was good, not brilliant but ok

Staff were helpful, not too far from tram stop with good access to the city centre.

Miss not having television and no breakfasts on weekends

The breakfast was very good and the location is amazing.

I would like to suggest if they can provide a small fridge in each room and a fan.

No water for basin, shower nor toilet

Had no water in bathroom for entire stay and the reception do not care. No discount, no nothing. breakfast opens 1 h later then told before. Absolute horrible! Worst accommodation I have ever had.
