Good accomodation and hospitality.

Good and clean room with shared bathroom. Owner gave as a lot of information of city and history. He was really nice and with high level of hospitality. We felt like at home.

It was very clean and cozy room, just like on photos. The owner, Christian, is amazing person and perfect host. He is very pleasant, and kind and gave us very useful guide about the city and its history. The room was very clean, quiet, and very warm in a cold wintertime. It has own, very sufficient parking space. I recommend it for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great room, even better host

The room was: + Comfortable + Furnished well + Tastefully arranged. The host was very welcoming and affable. He provided detailed recommendations about sights in Lucca and eatery options. We followed his recommendations for a pizzeria and a restaurant. They did not disappoint 😋. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome goodies we found in our room 😊.

Very enjoyable, smooth and relaxing

Christian was very helpful and gave myself and my friends a lot of information about things to see in Lucca. He also have us a very extensive list of restaurants to visit.

The property was a bit of a walk outside of the main town but it was not a problem for myself and my friends. It would be a bit of a walk for some though.

fantastic gem a stones throw from the city centre

Excellent host, great location, clean, spacious. We were greeted with fantastic banter and an exceptional attitude - nothing was too big an ask! The place was spotless. We received lots of tips of places to see in Lucca and places to eat - I recommend booking as we went to the one he recommended (a beautiful setting outside, food looked incredible and a very reasonable price) but sadly it was full! Definitely hoping to come back, and have recommended to family to stay at Luce.

We did't manage to find the place at first becauce google maps show a little different location. The day of our arrival we recieved bunch of photos, information and tips, so we did it eventualy. Our host was very helpful from the begining to the end of our stay. The property was cozy and clean. We also recieved a small present- that was a very kind gesture. We genuinaly enjoyed our stay.

Cristian was an incredible kind host and gave a lot of information about Lucca. There is a small garden in which you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. The property is very clean as Cristian cleans it very regularly. The house is in a quiet street and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again if I return to Lucca.

Cristian, the host was really welcoming, funny and humour pushed. My room and bathroom were looking really cleaned and well-kept. The place also has a small garden in the front to chill when needed. Also, the location was really strategic, just like 10 minutes from the old town with public transports (the bus stop is literally in front of luce) or 20 minutes walking. I’d really recommend this place! Was never expecting this! Also, the price is really convenient and cheap given the quality of the house! Thanks Cristian

The room with private bathroom, has a bathroom in the hall. It is not shared, and it's two steps away, but not in the room itself. You can hear everything from the other rooms in the building.

The host Christian is great and make you feel like at home. He gave me a warm welcome and explained the city and the main attractions of Lucca.

It's a bit far from the historic center, but it is on the via Francigena way.
