Great for families!

It's a great place, it is so close to the attractions, but quiet and feels very safe. The pull-out bed was fantastic for our little daughter. The guards were incredibly nice and helpful. Uber seems to always be around, never had to wait even 5min for a pickup. The staff is friendly, replies quickly and goes above and beyond to help (in my case, to help me with an item I forgot in the apartment). Everything was clean and in good condition. The washer/dryer were a huge help when we had to unexpectedly expand our stay, which the staff was very quick to help us with as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Definetely if i can come back to the same place I will do.

The place is located 3 blocks from Tlaquepaque Downtown(El Parian), it has private parking but gonna be a little hard to use by full size trucks because is under building and the entrance is very narrow. Comfy clean place, it has washer and dryer, hot water, fridge, tv, wifi, and its a calm place. The building guards are very attentive and helpful.

Just the space to entrace for parking, but if you have any mid-size truck or smaller its fine. That's it.

Good bed in back room, good sofa in living room. Close enough to walk to Parian. Nice staff at entrance.

Uncomfortable sofa in TV room, and bed in front room. Towels smell terrible. No paper towels. Sink sponge not clean looking. No shower soap. No trash bags even though instructions are to take out trash bags. Dogs barking through the night at neighbor's house.

Really love the location is practically 20 to 30 minutes from other good places and just 3 minutes walking from The Parian Tlaquepaque.

In one of the room needed a spring window. The bed sheets it had like a dirty smell.

Great stay and great price

My family liked this place because it was very nice and clean. Also well secured and really quiet. They had everything you need it’s just like staying at home.

The only thing we didn’t like about the place is the parking it is very tight to get in with a bigger suv but for small cars it is perfect.

I liked the security and location. The place was very cute and clean. I recommend it to a family. It’s has all the necessities.

I liked the fans in rooms but it would not stay cool enough. An AC unit would definitely help. The shower head as big as it was. Hardly any water came out, no pressure. If those two things would be taken care of. The place would be excellent!

Close to everything

It looks like the bed sheets are use without clean them. We found dog and human hairs and white stains the same with the towels they old. We havre to wash them. We asked for a fresh set of sheets and they were worse. The whole apartment needs a mayor makeover the tv has only few channels and without warning the volume turned up itself the lighting its depressing in the night is not enough lighting and the water heater sometimes works sometimes not. We found dirty tissues under the beds it looks like the cleaning lady only cleans where she can see. The apartment is advertised as no pets and we found dog hair all over the place.
