Poca limpieza

La ubicación es perfecta, hay que decir que el apartamento está en una calle con pendiente. Apartamento grande.

No estaba muy limpio, las camas son poco cómodas y el aire acondicionado, a 16 grados, no enfriaba.

Estuvimos intentando contactar por teléfono varias veces con el alojamiento y cuando al fin pudimos la persona que nos recibió no era agradable, incluso respondía algunas cosas con burla/sarcasmo

Modern spacious apartment

Newly renovated/built spacious apartment building which is located about 20 minutes on foot from old town.

Checking in process could have been more flexible. First we got an email that asked us to confirm our booking in 24 hours and pay advance, otherwise our booking would be cancelled. This was a few days before our arrival, and I found it weird because I used my credit card for booking, so they could have charged it if we had not shown up. We confirmed our arrival and payment method as it was asked. Then the owner asked us to send our arrival time. Okay, we sent it. Then he asked us to call him on the day of arrival. We called him. Then he asked to call him 30 minutes before our arrival. We did it. I know it is inconvenient to wait for guests, but if you are letting out apartment for short periods, you have to be flexible. There was no oven in the apartment.

we were 3 separate sleepers..the 2nd bedroom was very small for 2 adults,and beds not very comfortable..A sofa bed would have worked better.. It was not possible to leave suitcases anywhere on the premises which would have been appreciated since we were visiting granada all the next day. Otherwise the apartment was clean,comfortable and quiet with easy access to various neighborhoods..

All in all an excellent choice for a short stay in Granada.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner and shown the appartement. We were able to check-in early and park the car in the garage which was great. There is an additional charge for parking but having a secure private parking space directly in the building is well worth the cost. Appartement is comfortable and well equipped, very comfy beds. Location is good, very quiet and we were able to walk to all main attractions in the city. Opposite the appartement is a tiny backery with wonderful pastries!

The apartment met our needs it felt lux, it was a pity we were only there for 2 nights.

everything was superb

They had coffee sugar and chocolate but no milk, it would have saved us a dash to the local dairy.

location was fabulous, apartment was very clean & perfect for our short stay👍 plenty of hot water for showers, toiletries provided along with hairdryer & tea & coffee making facilities, lovely comfortable bed & a great temperature in the apartment too highly recommend 👍

Alright huge place

Super spacious appartement with various amenities. It has an elevator which makes it easy to bring the luggage up

There is a residual smell that is quite annoying. Both bedroom windows land on an interior court where you hear everyone come in and out. The building is quite echo, so we hear everything. People tend to forget to lock the main door as it's super heavy, so at some point, a stranger came knocking on the apartment door. There is no table on the balcony to eat outside.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet location for the city centre

Spacious apartment, cooling air con, comfortable large double bed, few minutes walk from the main shops, garage was suitable for our car with the roof box on, our second stay! Bread shop opposite!

The bunk bed in the second bedroom was a surprise

Spacious apartment, good quality fittings & well equipped,, excellent location for sightseeing, very clean, sociable owner checked us in. So easy to visit sights of Granada from here, 15mins walk to Plaza Nueva from where taxi costs 5.20€ to the Alhambra. Or get the C30/C32 bus or land train (hop on - off tour from Plaza del Toros) Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location, easy accessibility. Spacious apartment with a good layout. Smart storage spaces for travelers. The host is very reactive to requests like iron and any other demands.

Very noisy as we were given the first floor apartment, it was hard to sleep in as there was a lot of noise in the mornings. There was barely any cutlery, so cooking inside the apartment was very hard.

We enjoyed the stay.

The size of the place is good. The staff was very helpful. On-site parking is definitely a big convenience. And we loved having a washing machine in the unit to do our laundry!

The kitchen could have more pots and pans etc.

Clean and good location but bads unsafe for small kids.

Clean, convenient underground parking (extra fee), walking distance to main attractions.

Unsafe tall bad for kids. They ended-up sleeping in our bad, so us adults got very little sleep. All bads are actually on rolls and move very easy.
