Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk familie zwembad , nette schone kamers.
Eigenlijk niets.

Location was good - close to beach, restaurants and bus stop. The pool was nice and never busy.
First hotel room we were offered was large but dark with a small window so lack of natural light. Moved to a smaller room which was much nicer but balcony overlooked a field and the airport. The room was in the corner of the hotel so very quiet but we would have preferred to over look the pool.

The location is amazing.

This is a beautiful hotel and a fantastic place for families with children. The cleaning staff were friendly and the initial welcome from the hotel was very good. We really liked the breakfast and the outside area where you could eat. The garden was lovely and so was the pool.
The reception staff/owner did not handle our complaint well.
I kindly asked her if we could move rooms for our last two days (after being there for five days), as we had an issue with the room and a noisy neighbour. After telling us the hotel was full, she was able to find us another room. We moved from a studio with a kitchen to a small double room which also had a number of issues that the hotel did try and address but failed.
What was so disappointing was that at no time did the female member of staff offer an apology, or any form of recompense for our discomfort. I had to ask for eating utensils and free breakfasts for our final two days, as we no longer had the cooking facilities we had paid for. They agreed, but why did I have to ask?
We own properties in the UK and Spain, which we rent out, and we know the value and importance of making our guests as comfortable and as happy as possible. In this case all we needed was an apology and an offer of recompense during our stay. It didn't happen and it's a great shame, as it all started so well.
So please, Agio Prokopios Hotel, I kindly ask you to learn to say sorry to your guests when things don't turn out as expected!

Locatie is perfect! Eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Strand is 2 min lopen en echt prachtig!

Fabulous pool!
Our room was a bit warm (it took a while for the AC to cool it down, and the AC doesn’t run when you’re not in the room) and without much light, so we tried to not spend much time there.

property was clean, well maintained, quiet, spacious Apts and rooms, great location to the beach and restaurants. the only complaint was the a/c in the main room of the apt was mediocre and didn’t cool as good as the other room.
But all in all, a great place and I would return and use this establishment again.
the A/C in the main room didn’t cool too efficiently

Good location, nice pool area also pretty breakfast area in front of the pool. Nice breakfast food as well.
The _foreign_ workers were nice and kind.
We had an 'upgrade' to a bigger room for more comfort which was exactly over the reception. The sound proofing was so poor we could hear all the phone calls, yellings of the hotel managers and private conversations. The toilet sink was not located in the bathroom but it was in the room, which was very strange and not hygienic at all. The bathroom's floor was constantly wet from leaking toilet water. The breakfast food was nice but the utensils were not cleaned properly and we had to search for non oily forks etc. Even though the summer season starts since April in the Greek islands, they were still doing renovations and they were banging and building from early in the morning until late at night.
Finally, the worst thing that happened was that the owners were scolding and yelling at the foreign workers, screaming very private things like salary numbers and ''You work for me and you do whatever I tell you to!'' in front of the guests who were at the pool area, instead of having all their private conversations behind closed doors. They think that nobody understands Greek and they can say whatever they want in front of paying guests.
We wanted to have relaxing vacations after the hard winter and it wasn't delivered.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location was excellent as well; very close to the beach and numerous restaurants.

The staff is really friendly. It's a family-run business and there is a nice laid back atmosphere. The staff do their best to help you and they provide a lot of practical information about the island (bus, shops, etc.). The location is great. It's a 5 minutes walk to go to the beach, restaurants, shops, and to catch the bus to Naxos Town or to go further south down the coast. The hotel is situated in a residential, very quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are simple and functional, and the best bit is the balcony.

Lovely family run and family friendly hotel. Great rooms we had a double room upstairs (room 31) which was lovely. Friends had a massive room on the ground floor (room 17) good for family and three kids.
Maria the receptionist was fantastic so helpful.

lovely quiet family run hotel very close to the beach, cafes and restaurants and bus stop. Good breakfast and great pool area with plenty of sun beds.
we found the two room apartment a bit tight for a family of four and would recommend booking two separate rooms if staying more than a couple of nights

The owners of the hotel are perfect ambassadors of Greek hospitality. They and the cleaning staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms and the property in general are extra clean.
Location is prime, super close to the beach and right in the heart of Agios Prokopios town, and close to the main town (Hora), but still quiet, as there are no other properties past this hotel. The pool is a pleasant bonus-fun top hang out area. This was our second stay there and we will be back!

The property was centrally located, close to the airport, beach and main town in Naxos, where the ferry landing is. The beach is a quick walk down the street, along with a good choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, and there is a small supermarket close by as well. There is plenty of parking. It is a family business and everyone was welcoming and helpful. I appreciated their communication in English! The breakfast was traditional Greek style with yogurt, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages and sweet and savoury pastries. The room had a kitchenette and a balcony with a view of the pool, which was lovely. I didn't use the pool, which appeared to be a good size for the property, as I had a full itinerary of things to do in my short time there - 3 nights. I did use the laundry service which was much appreciated. I visited in early October when it was not too hot or busy with tourists, and can't wait to return and do it all again, for a longer stay, hopefully!

Wonderful hotel in a lovely quiet location but at the same time very close to the beach, restaurants and shops of the village. The lovely couple who run it, together with their family are extremely welcoming and helpful. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Lovely pool and plenty of sun-beds. Great location for exploring the island and they have plenty of parking space, which was good as we had our own, rather large vehicle.
The shower - there was no water pressure for hot water no matter how long you had the shower tap on for and what did actually come out was a tepid trickle at best! Please change the pillows, they’re not great!

We had a wonderful stay at Agios Prokopios Hotel. the staff/family is so friendly and helpful and nice! The room was convenient and clean and we slept very good. The pool view is so nice, the whole pool area is charming! It is the perfect location: quiet but within 5-10 minutes walking distance you are in the center with good restaurants and at the bus station to Naxos Chora and many beaches & villages. Agios Prokopios beach is really beautiful :-) Thank you for our pleasant stay!
The breakfast is good for some days but then it would be nice to have a bit more variety. The coffee is not so good unfortunately.

This hotel was great. We enjoyed the location being close to the beach plus a short drive to other places such as Plaka beach.
The pool was clean and great size - we appreciated that they had hours of use starting at 9am and not any earlier
The staff were very helpful too
Try the taverna on the corner Giannoulis - it’s worth the queue - lamb chops were delish
Nothing!

Staff was helpful with our queries. Breakfast is quite similar everyday, but has various delicious home made specialties.
Tennis court on the hotel grounds. Swimming pool with separate kids pool. Nice with two balconies.
Strange AC system which won't work unless BOTH balcony doors are closed. We only wanted to only have AC running in one room, but this was not possible. Door handles make loud noise. Should be greased/changed. Ended up sleeping poorly because of this.
Bathroom had no key in the keyhole so not possible to lock doors. Reception said no such key was available. Bathroom standard could be better.
