Beautiful setting in the desert. Lovely gardens and swimming pool.
Shower room clean but needs updating. No food available after breakfast.

very good facilities and breakfast
the hotel has limited and not very professional service. During the night and part of the day the only way to get support is by calling a phone number. the problem though is that the hotel is located in a remote area where there is no proper connection to mobile phones. we arrived at 1 am and had a big stress because we were told we could call the number we where given. but we could not. We were told we would get instructions in an email but the email did not tell what steps we needed to do to get to the room. just by luck we found out that the door to the reception was open. otherwise we would have had to sleep in the car. we had 20 minutes of a big stress. So, we finally made it to our room at about 1.30 am. we were exhausted after driving 5 hours.
the next morning we asked if we could leave the room and have a shower after coming from the beach. they told me I could get an extender check out for 25 euros. I said Ok. minutes later they changed the rate and said 50 euros. and minutes later they said 40 euros. i was pissed off. i said i did not want anything more from them.
so, basically we paid 185 euros for a 6 hour night with a very stressful arrival and a good breakfast. and yes, it is not the hotel fault that we arrived late in the night but it would have been nice to get a little of ‘understanding’ specially when we were asked to ‘understand’ that no one would be able to assist us in person nor through a phone.
The service is what you expect in an airbnb apartment- all remote- but not what you expect in a 185 euros a night accommodation.

The complex was absolutely stunning , with beautifully maintained gardens and we had an amazing view of the gardens and the mountains behind from our large bedroom window and balcony . We had a large four poster bed which was really comfortable and little seating area (although a bit low for us ‘oldies’ )!!. Bathroom was very nice too . We also had a fantastic breakfast and I even got my bacon lol !!
Although something very small, it would have been nice to have an extra light by the tea and coffee making facilities , although they had lamps by the side of the bed and small ceiling lights by the seating area and front door there was no main light so late at night it was a bit difficult.

Everything about this place was amazing. The room, the views, the pool, the breakfast. It was all so lovely. Everything at breakfast was so fresh. The pool was extremely refreshing. The views both during the day and at night were dreamy. And finally, the room was just incredible. We got the room with a jacuzzi and I couldn't recommend it more. It also comes with a terrace / balcony where you can sit out and look at the amazing views.
One slight downfall, is that you can only check in between 10am - 3pm and 6pm - 9pm [or something around those times], which made us rush from our previous destination to get there for 3pm.
When checking out, they also had an issue confirming if we paid booking.com [even though I showed them on my phone that we did] and we ended up having to hang around for 30 minutes.
However, neither of those thing would stop me from going there again and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!

The place looked very pretty, the breakfast was nice.
The jacuzzi in our room emitted foul rotting-cabbage type smells when you turned the pump on. Place looks a bit tired - it could do with a deep clean and a handy man (and this was at start of season!). The paintwork surrounding the shower was grubby, one of the pool showers was missing its head.
