Mostly everything was good. Except for a few details that could be solved easily.

I like the service from the staff.

I reserved for three people and there were only two towels every time. We tried to used the restaurant with a handicap person and since the restaurant had an event, they didn’t let us use the main handicap entrance.

Not worth the price

Good location and helpful staff

Very small and dark bedrooms. Windows gave to some corridors. And no sound isolation at all. We were wake up at 6 am by some children screaming on the corridors...

Ideal location, clean and staff. The pool!!!

Ideal location, great staff who returned my daughter's phone after leaving it in the main entrance.

Could be a little loud but didn't stop us from having good sleep.

Quite expensive and not so relaxing, especially not for longer stays.

The size of the rooms was ok. There is a fair-priced laundry service which we used. The breakfast is good.

The first room we were given was at the corner of the stairway and lift so that we were hearing the steps and voices of people all night long. After we changed rooms, the situation was slightly better, but the for the price one could expect higher comfort, especially modern showers. When showering, the bathroom is flooded with water and it really is old (1980's style). We were asked constantly by the staff at the reception to pay our stay as if we would leave without paying.

Excellent location, good rooms except for bathrooms

Very central location next to all key sites, incl car rental, restaurants and plazas

Shower next to toilet seat (no proper separation) meant wet bathroom floor

Location was ideal.

The food at the restaurant was just OK. I ordered fruit, yogurt, and granola one morning, and it was good. But the fruit was not too sweet. Maybe not in season. The next day I ordered the same thing and what I got was a smoothie in a bowl. It was odd. I had to ask to have the same thing I had before and he said this is how it's served. I had to explain what I received the day before was not the same.

Couldn't allow visitors to join us in our room to meet or even come to room to help us when we left. I understand the logic to some degree but they make no exceptions l.

Quaint and relaxing

The staff is excellent and while the rooms are simple, they are cleaned and disinfected each day. The grounds are quaint, restaurant great, and the location is fantastic.

beautiful accommodation in an incredible location

would have been helpful if there had been 3 towels and 3 cups in the room we booked for 3 people

Amazing staff

the staff was exceptional! we were treated so well and friendly and got recommendations for restaurants and bars meeting exactly what we were seeking. also the location was very central and gave us the opportunity to explore everything by foot

the standard room was very standard and not meeting 4 stars in my opinion. very dark and old school. the cleaning products they used caused me a bad headache, very intense chemical smell. we had to keep the window open until we returned to clear the air.
