Instalações boas! Funcionários solicitos! Café da manhã variado, com itens saborosos! Localização boa, porém não dá para se locomover a pé, para as praias e para o centro!

Tudo bem arrumado, funcionários bem educados e atenciosos.

Os quartos vizinhos e do altos faziam barulho depois do horário permitido, uma das cama onde fica o beliche estava com mal cheiro de xixi

Um paraiso vale a pena conhecer

Tudo maravilhoso! zero defeito quarto limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso e com bastante variedades, piscinas uma delícia e a vista é surreal muito linda. Funcionários nota dez. Passeios e praia muito bom. Esse lugar é o verdadeiro paraíso, voltarei mais vezes

Huge disappointment. We do Not recommend it.

1- We booked the room Deluxe because we wanted more space as we have a baby. However, for our surprise the toilet was horrible, small, dirty, extremelly old, the ceiling super short, simply impossible to accept to use it. So we requested at the reception another room with a better toilet. They gave us a cheaper room with a toilet looking better, but they did not give us the refund for the amount we paid additional for the Deluxe. 2- Very bad breakfast, almost nothing fresh, only cakes were fresh, but the breads, fruits and everything else was old. 3- Too much noise from the fridge inside the room, we had three bedrooms (counting our friends) and everyone had to turn off the fridge because it was impossible to sleep. 4- Too much noise from the street (motorcycles) - the location is near the center, but it is not positive because it is on the main street. 5- The flush in the three toilets don't have enough pressure, so we had to flush it 5-10 times, disaster! 6- Bedroom number 24 had it sink in the toilet clogged. 7- There is no way to heat up water in the bedroom, no kettle, no microwave, nothing. We have a small baby and we had to go down to the reception to heat up the water in the middle of the night to prepare milk for our baby, and the microwave at the bar where they told us to heat it, was disgusting, dirty and smelly. 8- There is only 1 hairdryer for all the rooms, which needs to be taken at the reception and given back till 2 pm next day, as a lending. 9-The photos of the place are deceiving, it looks like a small resort on the photos, big illusion, it is horrible, not worth half of the price. 10- They charged 10% additional of the amount stated on the booking, it is mentioned on booking that they "Can" charge it for services in case of full occupancy, which was not the case, there was just us and one more family (one more room occupied) during our stay.

Pausada boa in ilhachuva

Staff vas very friendly. Location was excelent - next to the beach, 30 min away from the city center by a nice walk. You could see the ocean from the room - that was great.

Breafast was ok, but could be more varied. For istance, pao de queijhos were not avaliable. There could be more fruit options avaliable.

overall we have a great time in the island and the location of the hotel made it very easy.

the location is great, very convenient and close to restaurants and mini market . Also the room is very spacious despite being very simple and old. And the seaside walk in front of the hotel is a must!

breakfast must be improved! And people that came with dogs sometimes went to the beach or city and left the dogs locked in the room, and they barked a lot , not their fault of course, but their owner’s .
