Perfekt für Motorradreisende!

Motorräder konnten sicher im abgeschlossenen Hof geparkt werden. Sehr komfortabel, schönes SPA ( Emanuel, Leiter des Spabereichs, ist fantastisch! Gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich, Lage top!

Tres bel endroit, du luxe à prix abordable.

La piscine intérieure permet de se rafraîchir après une chaude journée. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche des restaurants. Bon service le matin avec la possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter.

Proximité avec la mosquée et appel à la prière durant la nuit.

Ottima struttura

Posizione ottima nel centro di Scutari e staff davvero gentile, hanno accolto con massima cortesia tutte le nostre richieste. L'hotel ha anche una fantastica piscina interna. La camera comodissima e pulita e per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze ce ne hanno data un'altra migliore rispetto a quella prenotata (più grande dato che avevamo una bimba piccola).

La colazione buona ma mi aspettavo qualche prodotto locale in più.

An enjoyable stay, thanks to the great personality of the hotel staff.

The staff were wonderful! They were all friendly and hard-working. A special mention for Ergys, our cheerful and helpful breakfast waiter. And also a mention for the two Emmanuels - the receptionist and the manager of the gym and pool. They were always happy to help us with useful information and assistance, even when they were very busy. The location of the hotel is ideal - very close to the lively pedestrian area with its cafes and bars.

When we were there, the Turkish bath was not working, and the masseur was abroad, so we did not fully benefit from the spa, which was disappointing.

Chiens aboient chaque nuit et reveillent, l’hôtel n’y peut rien. Par rapport aux critères France/Belgique ne méritent pas autant d’étoiles mais largement ok

The rooms are excellent and very cozy. The manager was very friendly and took care of our needs. We were a group of 12 people. I suggest the excellent restaurant both for the quality and delicacy of the menu but also for the exceptional service offered. The excellent service and expertise of Ergys is recommended. Moreover is mandatory a recommendation to the outstanding swimming pool and SPA.

No value for too much money. You can do better in the same town.

The coffee during the - as excellent announced - breakfast came from a lousy machine. For real espresso coffee (served in the public cafe just at the side) you had to pay. The internet in the room was bad: with often time outs. In this five star hotel, you sit on the toilet with the sink in your face. All right for a backpack hotel, but not in a five star one.

Incredible service, Welcoming Staff, Incredibly comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast!

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the incredible customer service from the reception staff. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly, helpful and welcoming hotel staff ever! Well done Albania. Our stay in your country far exceeded our expectations and we had an incredible time.

It was so very hot in the room and it was hard to get it cool. The beds however were blissful!

Exceptional

This is not the first time we have stayed at the hotel. I really like the location, in the very center of the city, there are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very large, with a Jacuzzi bath, 2 mini fridge, stove, sink, dishes. Sauna, swimming pool in the hotel are very popular with our children and us. I especially want to mention the staff. Everyone is polite and ready to help. Special thanks to the waiter Ergot for the quality service.

Central but old hotel not really five star

Very central location, friendly and good English speaking staff.

Room is not quite five star hotel standard, bathroom old and definitely need refurbishment.

great location right in the centre. private parking. very good breakfast and the breakfast waiter was so kind. extended our stay here. liked the balcony overlooking the street- lots to sit and watch.
