Für Familien mit kleineren Ansprüchen empfehlenswert.

Sehr freundliche Familie, die diese Unterkunft betreut. Super Frühstück direkt von der "Mama", mit einheimischen Spezialitäten. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft mit Balkon und Pool in ruhiger Seitenstraße.

Der Strand ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für kleinere Kinder ein wenig zu weit.

Gastfreundschaftliches familiengeführtes Hotel

Wenn wir dürften, würden wir der Familie Llunji 100 Punkte geben. 11km vor Ankunft sprangen alle Warnlichter unseres Autos an. Vollkommen gestresst kamen wir so im Hotel Ajana, am Sonntag natürlich, an. Gleich war die Familie an unserer Seite und die Brüder versicherten uns, dass sie uns helfen. Denn das Hotel ist familiengeführt und so fühlten wir uns sofort vom ersten Augenblick an sicher und gut aufgehoben. Der Papa fuhr uns den Tag noch direkt zum Strand, so lieb. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir in die Werkstatt begleitet und Arben half uns über den Chef dort den besten Service zu bekommen. Am nächsten Tag hatte sich das Problem erledigt. Wir wurden zum Abholen unseres Wagens wieder gefahren. Der Dank von uns dafür kommt von ganzem Herzen. Nun noch etwas zur Unterkunft selber. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer. Genug Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden. Der Pool in der Nebensaison verständlicherweise noch nicht geöffnet, erst ab Juni. Zu Fuß waren wir in 25 Minuten am langen Strand. In die Altstadt geht ein schöner Spaziergang, gleich rechts rum, etwa 50 Minuten. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und die Mama steht dafür früh in der Küche um echte Spezialitäten von Montenegro frisch zuzubereiten. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals an die ganze Familie für die große Hilfe und Gastfreundschaft. In ein paar Jahren planen wir Montenegro nochmals, für länger, zu besuchen. Dann kommen wir wieder zu Euch. Wir empfehlen das Hotel Ajana uneingeschränkt und mit vollem Herzen.

Schlechte Pension

Nichts.

Keine Ausstattung, Klima defekt. Wassereinbruch im Frühstücksraum viele Wannen und Decken. Frühstück selbst echt super. Zimmer Reinigung null. Fotos auf entsprechenden nicht der die auf Booking zu sehen sind !!!! Nur das Haus stimmt. Kein 4 Sterne Hotel eher eine Pension.

Prevara!!

Bila sam s obitelji 1 noc od predvidjenih 7 jer to nije hotel nego MOTEL s masnim doruckom, lokacija JAKO losa (2 km od plaze, u prasnjavom gradjevinskom dijelu grada), sobe stare, nikako ne zadovoljava uvjete za hotel 4 zvj. Vlasnik se naplacuje odmah po dolasku, ne vraca novce, blokira nas i ne uzvraca pozive! Prevarant! Booking ne reagira, reklamiraju ga kao hotel! Ma sramota.

We had to abandon after an unfriendly greeting and warning that our ordered room for two will not fit us

Nothing to like.

The hotel is not on any beachfront. Nearest beach 3 km away. The room for two was actually room and sofa was fit for a child. The place is not easy to find. It is pretty far any city life within 15-20 mins of walking.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, all the best. Food was excellent! Great choice and taste! Also, water in the pool is clean and always wonderful for swimming.

Good hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood

It's a nice hotel with a good pool area. Incredibly good breakfast with numerous absolutely delicious local dishes on offer. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, and I've had a few. Rooms are attractive and clean.

When I arrived, they tried to put me up in a room overlooking the parking lot, even though the room description clearly said "pool view". I protested and was shown to a room near the pool, which I found satisfactory. However, during this exchange, the member of staff who I was dealing with quite angrily told me I could look elsewhere if I wasn't happy. Not ideal. The next day, there was a curious incident, where the actual manager of the hotel came to talk to me. He asked if I could give them, basically, a ten on Booking.com. I told him I'd post a fair review. He asked for a "more than fair" one, since the hotel needs it. I don't know what to tell you. This is not how things work. My loyalties only lie with other travellers, who deserve fair and honest reviews. And anyway, he needn't have done this, since the hotel can survive on its own merits.

Nice people at the hotel, room was ok, large balcony airco worked fine.

Location of the hotel is definitely not beach front or even close. Need to walk at least half an hour to the nearest beach. We knew this because we did some research but I think claiming to be beach front was false advertising.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with spacious and immaculately clean rooms. The exceptional staff made me feel welcome and catered to my needs. The delicious breakfast spread provided a fantastic start to each day. Overall, it was an exceptional experience thanks to the big, clean rooms, exceptional staff, and delightful breakfast.

The only aspect that left me feeling disappointed was the fact that the vacation had to end eventually.
