Sehr saubere Unterkunft.
Sehr sehr nettes Personal.

Sniadania super :) Pokoje czyste i nowoczesne.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is located at the beginning of the city centre, you can walk or take a bicycle (free of charge from hotel) and you won't miss a thing. The beach is wonderful and secure - you get 2 sunbeds and umbrella (included in the price of stay).
The rooftop pool is wonderful and has beautiful views.
The hotel is very clean, the cleaning ladies clean the room daily (refill shampoo, change bed sheets...). The staff are the most wonderful people we have ever met on a vacation, a big thank you to everyone.
The breakfast had the most delicious sweets (the chocolate croissants were the best we ever tasted) - maybe if there were a bit more non-sweet options for breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausages...etc that would be even better.
The parking is located right behind the hotel, it does get a bit crowded but the hotel staff attend to it quickly. The parking is not secured by a gate, and only one side of the carpark has a roof that keeps you car in the shade (or away from rain).

The room was spotless. Recently refurbished.
Bed was really comfortable.
Staff were very helpful.
Lots of choice for breakfast and really tasty.
Nothing to dislike.
We stayed for 2 nights. If we were there for a few more nights would probably recommend booking a room with a balcony if possible.

Friendly hotel staff. Having bikes and sunbeds included was realy handy. The room was very clean, but a bit dated. The Wi-Fi was fast and available throughout the hotel. Breakfast was diverse and they were constantly replenishing available dishes, so you’ll not leave hungry even if you come late.
Sound insulation was poor, we were woken up each morning by other guests slamming their doors and talking in the hallway.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 3min to the beach and within 10min walk you're surrounded by restaurants, shops etc. We had also a parking spot for our car behind the hotel which was great. Unfortunately we had one of the "older" rooms with a double bed and a bunk bed in there, it was okay, the room and bathroom was clean, which is more important. Towles got changed every day.
All in all a nice stay.
The hotel has very, very thin walls, you can here everything. When someone is talking outside your room, when a baby is crying or dog barking, you just hear everything.

It clearly exceeded my expectations! Great staff, great room, everyday cleaning, access to private beach included, very quiet street, very close to Lido di Jesolo's heart, very close to the beach, big balcony. You can even have some bikes for free! We just loved our stay there!
Hope we will comeback one day!
I liked everything, but I definitely recommend you to choose a superior room for an experience like we had.

The hotel is near the beach. the staff was friendly.
The room was cold and the heating system was broken.
There was no quilt in the room

Only a few minutes away from the beach and from the main centre with lots of restaurants and shops!
Very clean hotel, lots of choices for breakfast and very friendly staff.
We were expecting a double bed, rather than 2 single beds attached.

The rooms didn‘t match the pictures at all!!

The standard was fine, we stayed in the new apartment.
The location was nice, the beach is very close.
Not worth the money, it was very expensive - we were surprised with additional expenses while leaving as well.
Breakfast was disappointing, looked way better in pictures - almost nothing to eat for vegetarians except for pastries.
The receptionist was kind, but she did not speak English.
Not much to do (that’s on the Lido itself).

Very nice atmosphere to relax - last but not least thanks to the very nice and helpful couple that manages the hotel! Breakfast was perfect, beds very comfortable, room was spacy, car parking works easy, neigbourhoud is quiet, the beach just a few steps away.
Nothing ;-)

Nothing what to like.
Check-in and check-out in a very strickt time, so that there’s always a line of people for both procedures, very annoying.
Rooms are outdated. Towels and bedlinen have horrible smell. Breakfast is very poor.
4.6
The location is great, breakfast good, very clean, the facilities on the beach ( umbrela and 2 sunbeds) and Mauro, the owner, was very helpful and funny. We will come back!
The room was a little bit small and it didn't have a fridge.
