The house located just a few miles from downtown Franklin and just a short drive to downtown Nashville and BNA, Franklin Green Neighborhood is the perfect place for your next Family Extended Stay.

This beautiful furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is nestled right in the heart of Franklin. It is available for short term or long term rental for anyone moving or working for long periods of time in the Franklin, Brentwood area.
The house is fully stocked with the highest quality furnishings for your enjoyment and leisure. High speed internet and cable are available for your use. There is an open floor plan with a huge sunroom that have projector with 100inch screen. The outdoor deck is just off the sunroom as well.

The kitchen features with new appliances and all the cooking utensils you need so you don't have to worry about dining out each meal.
Kruger, Target, Panera brad and a shopping mall that has plenty of restaurants is within 5 min drive from the house.

The downstairs master bedroom includes a king size bed, 50inch flat screen tv and a full walk in closet. The master bath has a walk in shower and full size vanity.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The 2 queen size beds bedroom has a flat screen TV and large closet. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, and walk in closet, the third bedroom has queen size bed, and a large closet.

Guests also have full access to the outside backyard patio area, including the fire pit. There is a nice large deck off of the sunroom with electric grill, outdoor table with 4 chairs, It's the perfect place to unwind from a long days of work!

This was a beautiful house in a safe neighborhood. It seems like a quiet nice neighborhood but is only 5 minutes from Kroger, restaurants with live music and fun, ice cream shoppe, etc. The area is beautiful! Easy to get to Nashville and Lieper’s Fork and Franklin. The beds slept wonderfully!! Would definitely recommend!!

The hosts were amazing and responded so quickly to everything. We were in town for our son's wedding and had several family members and friends staying with us on different nights. No one was left out or uncomfortable. The place was clean - the big screen projection so appreciated during March madness - and the neighborhood was felt incredibly safe. We even saw the Easter Egg hunt on Sunday. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient, clean, comfortable stay. THANK YOU!

Clean, well appointed home near downtown Franklin. This home was perfect for a ladies weekend but would also easily accommodate families. There are plenty of beds in this 4 bedroom home. We enjoyed the den off the kitchen and this was our main gathering space. There is plenty of parking. The hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are firm. The bathrooms are well stocked with plenty of towels. Parking is good. Downtown Franklin is more like a 10 minute drive but the grocery store and other amenities are less than 5 minutes away. It is also about 15 minutes from Leipers Fork. I would recommend this property!

We booked this property over the Thanksgiving Holiday because we needed a place for our extended family to stay. Beds were comfortable and pillows were new which is a huge plus. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, and bakeware we needed. Overall, I would recommend this location. It's not fancy, but is clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Comfortable and quiet. Good location. Easy to get to historic downtown. Only problem was check in and no way to contact owner. Door was no secure upon check-in. I think maybe code had not been reset for us. We went out to dinner on first night and were unable to get back into the house., and did not have a phone number for owner. Could not get into my VRBO account on my phone. . Thankfully a neighbor had his number and he quickly reset the code for us. All communication was good after that. Important to have a way to text directly with owner and renter. One last thing. No reading lamps in bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as pictured but the neighborhood was spectacular. There was a wonderful greenspace perfect for walking. It was a quick 10 minute drive into Franklin.

This is our second year to stay here while in town for a meeting. Perfect accommodations for a group of five ladies. We had a temporary glitch with the check-in code but it was resolved within five minutes! Great property!

Four middle aged women stayed in Franklin for a long weekend. House was very clean and was in a lovely neighborhood. It was a great location for exploring Franklin and the surrounding area. We had a comfortable stay and had plenty of room to spread out.

This neighborhood was so cute and inviting! The house was absolutely gorgeous! Itay provided all the information prior to check in and getting in the home was a breeze. We were allowed to store our luggage in the garage prior to check in. I loved the decorations and the beds were so comfy. The kitchen appeared newly renovated too! The sun room with the movie projector was the best and we hung out in there a lot! Just a note for future guests, the bathroom upstairs is small so, I used the half bath to do my hair and makeup. I would bring a hanging bag for toiletries for anyone staying upstairs. There was plenty of towels though! Also, upstairs is a bit warmer than downstairs, so those that stayed downstairs wore hoodies so that upstairs could be more comfortable. If you are staying in the winter, there is a space heater provided in one of the bedrooms. Also, there is an inflatable bed in the closet upstairs if you need an additional bed. The WiFi was rather fast! The kitchen has plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The house was very clean when we arrived. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Franklin again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Itay’s VRBO. They were very communicative so we knew what to expect and how to access the property. As we were pulling up, the cleaning people were just leaving and the home was ready for us. The property was well appointed and ideally located close to many Franklin amenities. Rooms were bigger than expected and plenty of hot water for the 8 of us. We will be back.

We booked this property to be near Franklin and Nashville for Christmas. We were a party of 7 and had plenty of space in this home. I will note that while the rest of the property was incredibly clean, the cooking utensils were not. We were only able to use a few of the pots and pans, as the others were coated with old food and some substance we could not even clean off. There were also no spices, few glasses/cups and plates, causing us to have to run the dishwasher multiple times a day to accommodate. Also, there is nowhere in the house for a larger party to sit down, other than the dining table. The projector in the back room was very nice but the seating did not allow for everyone in there at once. I agree with some of the other reviews that the two chairs by the fireplace should be replaced with sofas, so all can sit down there. This was a big deal for us as we were there during the snow storm and bitter cold temps, so had almost 2 full days of being in the house. Other than these things, it was a lovely property close to Franklin and about 30 min from Nashville. We enjoyed our stay and had great communication from the property manager.

The home was very comfortable, each of the bedrooms had great mattress, property had a lot to offer with a large backyard patio. Our Thanks to the host family for sharing this lovely home with us. The property was located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to commute around the Franklin and Nashville area. Comfortable for a party of 6 individuals. Stairs to the second level were tight and somewhat hard navigate up and down.

My colleagues and I were required to attend training in Nashville with the US Army Corps of Engineers. We chose this location to be near the training yet removed from Nashville proper. The location allowed us to dine at great restaurants local to Cool Springs and Franklin with a short drive to Nashville both days of our training. Enjoyed the stay. Quiet neighborhood. Cozy house.

Overall the home was fine. The projection tv in the screen room was just marginal picture was out of focus. Projector displayed a message " change bulb" remote needed batteries. Kitchen needed more cocktail glasses. Nice quiet neighborhood 3 miles from downtown Franklin.

This home was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of rooms and space for hanging out. The little kids loved having a fenced-in yard to play in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, and it was close by to downtown Franklin and some nice hiking options. We hope to rent this house again in the future!

Gathered with my two sisters and mother for her 80th birthday get together. The place was very clean and the beds were definitely comfortable! Was a beautiful neighborhood and we all felt very safe. Absolutely recommend and would use the place again upon our return!!
