Csak előzetes egyeztetés után javaslom, de akkor se biztos, pedig minden meglenne hozzá

Kíváló lokációjú szállás egy magas szinten felújított és teljesen automatizált negyedik emeleti lakásban. Tiszta, gondozott lakás. 100%-os segítség a szállásadó részéről, amire nagy szükség is volt, folyamatos odafigyeléssel. A lakásban bekészített vizek, ropi, keksz és csokoládé is volt a nespresso kv kapszulák mellett.

A foglalás előtt rákérdeztem a lakás tisztaságára és felfűtöttségére és a pozitív válasz alapján foglaltam. Folyamatosan kapcsolatban voltam a szállásadóval, mivel teljesen automatizált a beléptetés és a vonatkozó email nem érkezett meg erről, de mindent megoldottunk. A szállás viszont egy Loxon rendszerrel működik, amire jó lett volna kiképezni, a lényeg az hogy soha nem volt még ehhez szerencsém és mint kiderült vagy ezzel vagy a szállásadót megkérve lehet bármit is vezérelni. Fény, redőny, fűtés, kb minden erről megy. Ha megy. Mert később kiderült, hogy bizonyos időszakban nem megy a fűtés, illetve a gyerekszoba max 17,3 fokra fűthető fel. El kellett mennünk vacsorázni, hogy ne fázzunk a lakásban és este a gyerekek nem aludhattak a gyerekszobában, így az első éjszaka nem volt pihentető, de legalább a lakás többi része már melegebb lett. A folyamatos egyeztetés során felmerült a kompenzáció lehetősége, de másnap a friss ágynemű mellé csak egy hőlégbefúvót kaptunk, hogy a gyerekszobában aludni lehessen. Szerintem ezt már az előzetes telefonban elmondhatták volna és akkor kevesebb kellemetlenséggel vészeljük át az első éjszakát vagy legalább meggondolhattuk volna magunkat a szállás lefoglalását illetően.

Prachtig studio , en zeer proper. Verzorgd en alles nieuw! Met veel smaak ingericht. Personeel super behulpzaam.

De zetel bed was echt te kort en zeer.oncomfortabel .

Studio with sofa bed - Good place to stay in Budapest. Recommend!

I liked that the hosts were very nice, polite and ready to help. The property was placed in a quiet building. The apartment was clean, modern and almost fully equipped. I liked that we had a code and alarm at the entrance, which facilitated our access and removed the burden of carrying a key. We had a bus that got us into the city center quite easily and not so far Metro stations. I liked that it was chilly in the room taking into account the fact that there were 30+ degrees Celsius outside. I liked that the wifi was fast, no problems here.

I didn't like the sofa, it was rather hard to sleep on. I didn't like that there was no closet to put our clothes in, I mistakenly got the impression that there was a closet for clothes, but it was filled with dishes. The studio is extremely small, even though we knew that when we booked it, in reality it was even smaller than imagined and quite difficult to move around. We had to open our luggage on the floor and this blocked the only free area available, plus blocked our kitchen access. I didn't like that there were no lights, only 2 lights which were not powerful enough, a lot of the spotlights were broken. I didn't like that I saw a small cockroach on the floor. Hopefully there weren't more :))) I didn't like that the building doesn't offer warm water during 8 -10 am, I washed myself with cold water because of this.

Exceptional

It was one of the best experiences I had during my years of travel. My questions were answered in a couple of minutes, very responsive and helpful staff. The apartment was in a good location, perfect to explore Buda and Pest was also nearby. Would highly recommend for others!

Very good

Location: public transport stops are close to the apartment. Fisherman's Bastion is in 10 minutes. A pets friendly apartment + a park where you can walk your dog is across the street. Helpful personal. A clean and modern apartment. All you need is available (dishes, a wash machine, a dish machine, a microwave, a fridge, etc.)

The studio apartment is really tiny.

Great place if you're looking to stay near Buda Castle

The check-in instructions were very clear. The room was clean and had everything we needed (and more). For those who are interested in visiting the Buda Castle, the apartment is very close to the Castly.

Close to the city centre and especially to Buda castle , bus number 5 goes to the city center, very clean room but super small )) , but it was enough for us. Thanks for snacks ))

Good room, good value. I would stay there again.

Very nice staff, responded to my questions quickly. Good location. Small, but nice room that has everything you need.

some problem was with beeping alarm, but they got it fixed within a day.

Great!

The appartment is fully furnished and has all kitchen appliances including washing machine, coffee machine, dish washing machine etc. My daughter was absolutely delighted with welcoming kit (coffe tabs, tea and cakes). Ms Dorothea (if I’m not mistaken) was so patient and helpful with us, wanna once again send her our gratitude)))

Perhaps cleaning wasn’t perfect but it let’s say it was 8 out of 10)

Superb

I highly recommend to other solo travelers. It is quite and is accessible to public transportation. The host replies travel inquiries via whatsapp very fast.

Nothing but it may help other guests to mention that the Honda showroom is just infront the gate to locate faster.

Great apartment with everything you need

It's really a good, clean and modern apartment with all kinds of amenities so close to the sights. It's definitely a good option for this price. The landlord was so kind and helpful.

When we went to the apartment for the first time, our alarm went off because the door of the other apartment opened and we went to the wrong place, and I was very nervous. Then we worked it out and everything was fine.

Well organized, comfortable apartment, good location not far from tourist sites. The owner was very helpful with additional information and supporting our stay. Thanks for the good host!

Absence of organizes parking area. Parking is available along the street, you have to pay at parkomat, but credit cards are not accepted. Therefore, if you don't have local cash (coins) you won't be able to pay.

Perfect!

Loved our stay here. Stayed here for a month as we are in between houses. Really felt as a home, but with extra benefits of the hosts taking care of everything. Location is perfect for a longer stay as the neighborhood is relaxed with a lot of great breakfast/dinner/coffee, but close enough to the castle and Pest to be a proper tourist.

In the beginning we had some trouble getting the temperature right in the appartment, but the staff were quick to resolve.

Good

Very modern and clean. Very confusing start but I rang the number on the booking and the man was very helpful and told us how to get in and what to do.

Wasn’t advertised from the outside of the building so had no clue if we was in the right place , the room is on the top floor and there was no lift as it was being replaced. No English signs saying where to go or what to do. The bed was just a pull out bed and was rock hard.
