About this apartment rental
Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful unit immediately adjacent to the beach walkover and the gulf front pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.
The gourmet kitchen has Quartz counter tops with mosaic back splashes, gas stove and stainless appliances. The dining room seats eight with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has an additional table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
The condo features original artwork from local artists Kathy Schumacher, Ginger Leigh and Sawyer.
The condo has a Speed Queen Commercial Washer/Dryer in the laundry room.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

This was the second year that we have stayed in Adagio C302 for two weeks each year. The condo is very comfortable and well appointed. We hope to be able to stay there for several more years. We have stayed at Adagio for the past 11 years and our family agrees this is our favorite unit. We had a minor situation with the TV last year and management sent two very experienced technicians that were able to correct some wiring issues that someone and put in incorrectly. Management has been most helpful with any issues that came up. We feel at home in this unit.

We had an excellent experience at Adajio C-302! The condo was immaculate upon arrival! Getting a text the day of check-in that our condo was ready early and we could go ahead and get in was such a wonderful surprise! The kitchen was by far the most well-stocked with appliances/utensils that we have ever experienced. The beach front was spacious and people were not “on top of each other”, which was a definite high point. We used the community grill one night and were so pleased to see that they were very clean & well kept. We will come again!

For two days we dealt with the noise and construction work - they offered to move us to another place but it was inconvenient to ask 5 adults to pack and unpack - they should have warned us about these construction works before we drove 7 hours to get there- very disappointed

Wonderful condo. Great staff. However, non-working dishwasher and TV. AllWas replaced quickly however it is just the point of having to figure out on a week vacation when to have workers come in and disrupt your once a year vacation. These are things that should be checked ahead of time. Also, I believe hand soap should be supplied in all bathrooms. Also fabric chairs look beautiful for dining table but feel/look gross with stains.

Very spacious. Nice decor. Overall enjoyed. My one complaint would be that there are a number of outlets throughout the condominium that do not work including the entire kitchen and a portion of the master bedroom. We had this a similar issue last time with our last stay, so it obviously has not been addressed since that time.

The man at the front gate had to come to our condo at about 9 pm because of A TERRIBLE odor which turned out to be a shrimp that had been left in the garbage disposal and the dirty floor.

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space and perfect location. Only complain was they only provided one roll of toilet paper, paper towels and two soaps for dish washer. For the price I felt like those items should have been available. Master bed hard but other two rooms had therapeutic mattresses. Nice get away!

So I absolutely loved the vacation rental - It was perfect - We had six adults, but they all had a king size bed. That was the game changer. Usually at least couple is stuck with a queen size bed or smaller. The pools are super close and clean and the view of the beach is amazing. The only suggestion I have is to put a dead bolt on the front door to keep little ones from escaping out the door and running out. There is one but it is the kind that is at the top of the door and extremely difficult to lock.

Loved this condo. Some of the amenities were great but the refrigerator hummed loudly the whole time we were there! The washing machine was leaking and that made keeping towels,etc clean almost impossible. The management was notified but but it does seem like the cleaning crew could have reported it so someone in maintenance could have had the appliances fixed. I would highly recommend if if the appliances were new or well maintained.

We have stayed at the Adagio for 9 years and this was our first time staying in this C302. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view is amazing. The cons were the kitchen appliances that desperately need to be replaced. The fridge/freezer makes a constant humming noise when making ice. The numbers on the dials of the stove top and oven are worn off so you have no idea what temp you are cooking.
The kiddos did live the game/tv room which was a huge bonus for us. The Adagio management company is great to work with. I do wish they would hire more cleaners during peak season because when guests are paying $1k a night to stay, checkin should be earlier than 5pm!

This unit was perfect for our group of 10. Having our kids and grandkids join us with space for all to sleep comfortably was top priority. The king sized beds and bunk room met our needs. The unit is beautifully furnished and the location overlooking the beach was ideal. It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We have stayed at Adagio before so were familiar with pools and amenities. We love this area and hope to stay in this same unit again next year!

Adagio is an excellent location along 30A and the Emerald Coast. C-302 was beautiful and well equipped with Bosch and Viking appliances and GE washer & dryer. We did notice that some pans were put in the cabinet with food on them. That was the only bad thing we saw. The beach is private and has an easy access. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The beach chair/umbrella/bike rental company at Adagio was convenient as well. Coffee from the balcony each morning was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Adagio. The steps are steep for elderly, ideally there would be a handicap/elderly entrance to the beach. The property is fantastic! The kitchen lacked enough pans/accessories for the size of the condo and impacted how we cooked. The washer has black funk around the top, we cleaned it! A few more towels, for a condo that sleeps 10 is highly recommeded! Otherwise, we thoroughly e enjoyed our stay!

I was looking for a property that could accommodate our family which included adult children with spouses. We prefer to be on a quieter beach and this property is in a very quiet area. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby but we drove a little further and cooked-in.
This unit had 3 king bedrooms with en-suites which was perfect. It also had bunk beds which we didn't need. The unit was clean but some minor amenities were lacking in my opinion. There was only one towel set per guest so we were doing laundry daily. This unit had 3 king bedrooms with en-suites which was perfect. It also had bunk beds which we didn't need. The unit was clean but some minor amenities were lacking in my opinion. There was only one towel set per guest so we were doing laundry daily.
