I totally enjoyed my stay, the hotel is well priced and is close to the airport.

I flew in from the States on my initial booking the taxi service was prompt, the check-in was swift and professional, My second booking was on return from Mombasa on both occasions the staff from the cleaner and upwards were friendly and professional. I totally enjoyed my stay on both occasions, the menu though limited was well priced and professionally prepared and presented

I do not have any complaints.

Good value, very pleasant staff and near the airport

Located close to the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms have updated bathrooms but some bathrooms are still older

I enjoyed the stay and the hospitality, everyone meets you with a smile.

The hotel is near to airport with perfect view, location is on main road, The Restaurant is on top floor where you can enjoy drinks.

There are no lifts

My stay was very short but relatively comfortable.

I felt safe and staff were mostly helpful. Wi-Fi was not working but it was a network issue.

Two things: I was not able to get hot water for my shower. More seriously, I was not able to get the receipt I needed. Since I had to pay in cash (because of the above mentioned network issue), I have no record of my payment. They took my email address to send me one, but they did not do so. I’m not sure why they would not give me a hand written one. I’m very disappointed by this and almost gave a more negative review. However, it was a safe and reasonably comfortable place to stay.

OK for an overnight stay, but not best located, specially with long drive from the airport

The bed was OK, as was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly

the bathroom (especially the shower) was not very clean. I think you should do something against the mold.

Very good

Reasonably close to airport Room was a good size and had everything needed. I have used this hotel before and would use again when using airport.

Poor lighting in room, Airport pick up and drop off while good I feel is a little expensive considering how close hotel is to the airport.

A convenient hotel for an airport stopover. I would use it again.

Room was comfortable with all the usual hotel necessities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport. The menu in the restaurant looked good, although we didn't eat there.

it was on a main road, which meant access was good and quick, but it was a little noisy.

A very convenient place, close to Jomo Kenyatta Airport. Very clean and comfortable.

Place was very good. Comfortable, quiet, good place for a rest. Very close to Jomo Kenyatta Airport; managed to get my early morning flight well on time. Good view of the airport from the hotel. The highlight is the roof top restaurant, with full view of the airport, and the dual road below. All staff were genuinely friendly and hospitable.
