Staff is very pleasant
Dirty sheet's, not ironed at all. Loud place, feels like you sleep on the road and cars go over you. No sound isilation on windows, or between rooms

The room was spacious and very clean. Good facilities. The bathroom was clean.
The radiator was turned off so the room was very cold. At first I thought it didn't work. Only the following morning did I look to see if it was turned off.I struggled to turn it on as the valve was down the side of the wardrobe.
The shower was OK for me but difficult to get in and out as the door doesn't open very wide. If I had been a bit bigger I would not have been able to get in at all. However it was roomy once inside and the shower worked well.

Coldest few days this year and really warm in the room. Really central for Warrington Town centre.
Just a little bit noisy from bar. Room could've done with some chairs to sit on

Nothing
The staff double booked our room, forcing us to stay in another hotel. They called me during my 4hr journey to the rodey informing me of this inconvenience

Don’t stay anywhere else this is 60% less than any other Warrington hotels it’s room only with tea and coffee and big bedroom and big nice bathroom. If you want breakfast simply choose from all the places in the area and don’t get ripped off by the village hotel that’s expensive with tiny rooms
Everything as a room only was exactly what I needed and it was a surprise who conveniently the location is

Nothing
The absolute worse place on the planet. Rude vile staff. Do not ever go here. Manager is a bully. And they should be ashamed of themselves.
5.0
Staff were friendly. Just a short walk from the train station and a really sweet little square full of cafes. Above a bustling pub if thats your thing. We stayed in a triple room which was well sized.
Staff were not aware of our arrival or room allocation. There were no towels provided and the ones we were given on request just smelt like deep fried food. The room was not clean and much of the furniture was falling apart, greasy smear marks on the TV, blinds falling down, sticky dresser which was covered in damp marks, etc.
