Amazing stay!

The room was very clean and well kept. I also liked the laundry machine inside the room with the convenience of also drying our clothes inside the bathroom (clothes drying function).

It just takes a bit of time to reach the train station but nevertheless the overall experience was great! We visited during the summer so it can get a bit hot, but the distance won't matter if you travel during colder weather.

Exceptional

The room was spacious and clean. The property is very near the train. The staff are all so very helpful and approachable. We like that it also has a small kitchen to cook some food. Nice personal touches like slippers and pyjamas. An instruction manual was provided to navigate the washer, bathroom dryer, toilet, etc. The area was quiet during our stay.

There was no cupboard in the room but finally, we solved the problem a bit reorganized the room and left our clothes in the luggage. The air conditioner was loud when I turned on the heater but is just a personal matter. The pillows were a little thicker and firmer than I liked.

Spacieux, bien situé pour le prix, personnel super gentil et serviable ! Système sans clé pour rentrer dans la chambre.

La chambre double à lits simples séparés et pas d’étendoir à linge. Dommage quand on propose un lave-linge dans la chambre.

Geräumiges Zimmer in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung

- genug Platz für 3 Personen - Ausstattung wie beschrieben - Fußnähe zur Metro; gute Anbindung an die City - ruhig - gute Betten - hilfsbereites Personal - sehr sauber

- Kaffee an der Rezeption zu holen statt auf dem Zimmer (war morgens oft leer, wenn man einen Kaffee haben wollte)

We loved this little gem of a hotel

Super friendly staff, lovely rooms with a happy feel and everything you need. Free coffee freshly made also a lovely start to the day.

The location is OK but a bit of a way from a few spots we wanted to spend time. If Ueno park is on your list tho it's well located

1.座落區位佳（離H日比谷線三之輪站走路約5～10分鐘），周邊有超市、超商、洗衣店、幾間餐館，大都是民居晚上很安靜 2.人員很親切，可以英文溝通，有一位會些許中文（不過每個時段遇到的櫃台人員都不一樣） 3.訂3人房（3單床)出乎意料的大，環境舒適設備齊全（有電梯、玄關、小廚房（含微波爐、電磁爐與餐桌），還有洗衣機、冰箱、床頭插座、全身鏡、浴室暖風機、浴缸、對外小窗、小陽台、一樓有免費咖啡），三個28吋大行李箱都可以在房間內全部攤開來，非常方便整理行李！

A great place to stay with easy metro access to Ueno

Very nice and relaxing hotel to stay. Perfect service and cleanliness.

Very clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom and toilet were separate which was a pleasant surprise, as we were a family of 5. Quiet and calm neighborhood, good for night walks and quiet sleep.

Hospitality wins at this hotel

This was our first night in Japan and I messed up our reservation but they were gracious and understood that we only needed one night. We could’ve stayed there longer. This hotel is only a couple stops from sensoji Temple. Price is reasonable but best of all, their hospitality is great. Taka was extremely helpful and always came to our room if we needed anything- Wi-Fi, laundry, room temp. We felt like house guests instead of customers. The shower was delightful and the laundry was a huge plus for families like mine. I love the automatic toilet that felt so comfy. I like how clean the room was. I like everything. Only caveat that I can think of was it was quite warm and a bit hard to get to if you don’t have a good sense of direction like me.

It’s about a 7 min walk to subway and/or a min walk to the bus stop . Location is great for us but maybe not for all. We could not find restaurants nearby that were big enough for a family of 5.

The Staff really nice! They respond the question through Booking real fast and provide us hospitality and helpful. I was in trouble because of heavy storm so I can not reach the hotel in time. The hotel and staff kindly extended the check-in time for us so we have nothing to worry, only reach the hotel. AND room really clean and nice! very comfy. We really impressed everything the hotel provide to us.

The bed really tiny. And the subway station nearby (minowa st.) a little bit far from hotel if you carry big or heavy luggage.

Fantastic space, clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved spacious rooms (fantastic to have 2 bedrooms) great facilities, lovely bath. comfortable beds. great to have a balcony.

There isn’t very much in the immediate facility, although we walked to Asakusa in 20 minutes and had a great breakfast at the local tram station 10 minutes away.

Good location and value.

Good location. Good value. Friendly English speaking Staff. Plenty of room. 5 minute walk to Train Station and convenience stores, McDonald's too. Good facilities I would stay here again. Family of 4.

Lovely hotel and quite spacious for Tokyo. Suited us perfectly.

The property was very clean and had all that we needed. A short walk to Minowa station which was most useful. The staff were very helpful and friendly
