The interior is beautiful, overall flat is quite spacious for Tokyo standards. Beds are very comfortable. The flat is also a few minute walk from a convenience store and a train station.

The fitout and amenities were great. The location was central with good food and transport options close by. The bedding and towels were nice, the pillows not our favourite, but still well presented.
The toilet was the only real downside. The basin was dirty when we arrived, with no handsoap or handtowel provided. It is located in the entry foyer, which is unheated, so cold in winter... making the japanese toilet seat appreciated more than usual.

large modern apartment with very responsive and helpful staff
located next to a restaurant in a dated building. would have been convenient to have had a clothes drying rack, as there is no separate tumble dryer, only an ineffective drying function on the washing machine (not surprising since it’s a top loader machine) and the drying function in the bathroom.

Great location and nice little apartment
The kitchen area cleanliness was not good. Also the door on the stairs absolutely should not be locked as that is illegal if there is a fire etc. also some people suffer from claustrophobia and should be allowed to walk up the stairs if the want.

Very convenient with good facilities and ample space for my family of 4
Not due to the property but Booking.com did not specify that this is an AirBnB styled room as I was expecting a hotel based on the pictures and in the end, I had some issues with my luggage which needed to be stored after we checked out

We loved the Espresso Coffee machine. Room is very clean. Close from Station.
Bed facility were poor. Mattress/ Spring were old. They had only winter futon (we're in summer). We asked to provide summer futon, the owner provided thin blanket that we couldn't use it.

We love the modern design of the apartment esp the kitchen and dining area. It also has a nice view and quite spacious for Tokyo’s sized apartment. Access to the building is pretty easy eventho its located in the top floor.
We chose this apartment cos we were supposed to travel with a group of 7 for NYE 2020 trip, the host made contact with us asap after we finalize our booking, it went very smoothly. Then my sis decided to join us on the trip which makes the 8 of us, I contacted the host if my sis can fit in to the apt, they said it was ok as long as we pay extra charge of ¥2000 per night. The check in day we were greeted by a nice lady (she work for the host) and told her there will be the 8 of us staying there. She was confused as if she didn’t understand what I’m saying and she called her boss while we were checking upon the nice apt. She then gave her phone in loudspeaker to me when suddenly a guy shouting at me saying that there is no way the 8 of us staying there. I argued with him cos it was different of what he said to me via whatsapp, then they sunddenly offered us to rent in their “other empty apartment” LOL, tricky business. My parents then decided to stay in the nearby hotel, so there were only 6 of us staying in the apt. We expect to hv a pleasant stay in a nice place in Tokyo with my family for our annual New Year holiday, but how the host treated us was very disappointing. We hope u can learn from this mistake professionally, so there will be no future misunderstanding and miscommunication.
The entrance to the lobby never locked and the hallway smell like someone’s peeing in there.

The apartment was newly furnished and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped which was nice for us because we could buy food from the convenient store nearby and prepare our own breakfast. The location was more in a residential area but quite easy to get to shinjuku and other touristy areas by subway.
The door which closed off the staircase leading to the second floor was a bit heavy and hard to open. The corridor is quite narrow so if you open the door, the whole corridor is blocked off, it is a bit difficult to maneuver across to the bathroom on the first floor from the second floor bedrooms at night if you need to get up.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff are very responsive and friendly.
The entrance to the building is a popular smoking spot.

Location is not too bad
It was advertised suitable for 5 adults and 2 kids but there is absolutely no room to accommodate so, ps don’t be deceived. One toilet to share among 7, staying 5 nights n was told to pay extra fees of 35000 yen for leaving the place in a not ideal situation. Not at all suitable for kids or elderly

Great space for our family of 5. The location was central with the Kudanshita subway very close and exit with lift as well with suitcases. A range of local restaurants close to property and supermarkets as well. The facilities were awesome, washing machine, beds really comfy, coffee machine, full kitchen and great bathroom which works as a drying room. It was wonderful to have a real inner city living experience away from the touristy areas. The staff were very helpful, meeting at location point to escort to the apartment and show us the facilities. Highly recommend this property.
