Laut und hohe Nebenkosten

Die Lage ist super, nah am Strand und nah zum Zentrum. Das Apartement ist großräumig

Der Lärm vom gegenüberliegendem Küchenbereichs des Hotels ist bis in die Nacht sehr belästigend sowie der unmittelbar gegenüberliegenden Balkone und dessen Dauerlicht in der Nacht. Für den kleinen Hund mussten wir pro Nacht 15 Euro zahlen, was nicht bekannt war und nicht angemessen. Das Parkhaus ist nur mit Kleinwagen nutzbar, da es zu eng gebaut ist und kostete auch 15 Euro pro Tag. Parken im Ort ist nicht möglich. Das Personal war nett, aber die Auskünfte, wie nutze ich das Parkhaus und welche weiteren Leistungen, Kaffeemaschine im Erdgeschoss musste man penetrant erfragen. unsere Schlüsselkarte wurde falsch programmiert, was uns für den Tag der Feststellung (wir kamen nicht ins Haus) Umstände machte. Im Bad roch es immerwieder zeitweise extrem nach Abfluss, trotz Meldung kümmerte sich Niemand.

Prima voor deze prijs!

Echt een prima ruim appartement zeker voor die prijs! Bedden lagen goed en verder heel compleet ingericht.

Wel gehorig en de tegels in de slaapkamer lagen los.

Apartahotel cómodo y petfriendly.

Muy limpio y amplio. Llegamos de noche y nos fuimos por la mañana, por lo que no hemos podido disfrutar de todas las instalaciones. Una gran terraza. Muy positivo ser petfriendly, con un kit de bienvenida.

Sería valorable tener en cocina algún tipo de "amenities", (sal, aceite, etc). Sufrimos ruido que venía de la calle hasta cerca de las 12 de la noche, pero soportable.

Great location, clean apartment, friendly staff.

The apartment was very nice. It was clean and reasonably well equipped. It was in a great location and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we had access to the pools in the sister hotel.

Not actually a fault with the property but I was unaware there would be an additional charge for my dog - who was declared when booking! Booking.com please note: this should have been made clear during the booking process.

The room and the facilities were great and also good location!

We went there with our car, carrying luggage on the roof from it. I asked by mail the height of the parking and they answered they don't know, that we should check once we arrive...Once there, the guy from reception was really nice, but he was new and alone, so he did not know how to do the check in and took a while since he got help. When we finally arrived, we found within the room, presents and notes for the models that were participating on a beauty contest. I contacted the reception and they said there was an error so they had to come to the room to pick the stuff. All in all it took more than one hour from when we arrived till we managed to chill, we were very tired and with twin babies so it was not great having to wait that long.

only that something under the sink in the bathroom was constantly leaking

Good

Really big apartment! Spacious living room and enormous terrace. Unfortunately, we were given the apartment on the 1st floor, so the windows were small and always shut, so we couldn’t enjoy breakfasts on the terrace. Everything was clean and fresh, the kitchen was fully equipped. Free underground parking.

After reading the reviews, we asked to give us the apartment on any floor except the 1st one, but the girl at the reception told us, that they were completely full and gave us the room on the 1st floor... but we noticed that the parking was almost empty and we hardly ever saw any other guests during our stay.. The room was very very very dark! The lights were always on. Our bedroom faced the pool side, so it was rather quite at night, but it was extremely noisy on the other side of the apartment in the morning - the living room faced the road.

Had a lot of fun with my girlfriend in Pineda .

Staff is cool . Our room was clean and nice when we arrived . 24/7 staff is a plus . Time to the beach is ok (aprox. 7 min ) Not too many shops and and restaurants nearby but you can manage it if you do shopping on day period . One single market would have done great but this depends on your time spent there .

Breakfast is the same every day ? Not too cool , staying one week will get you mad crazy when you go for the breakfast in the morning and everything is the same .

The bed in the salon not quite comfortable.
