We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Nice to not be a large resort and the staff were very friendly

Small, pool areas were quiet and close to a nice clean and quiet beach Quiet street with some friendly restaurants and shops around - walking distance to An Bang and free bikes to use Beds and pillows were comfy.

Breakfast would have been better if buffet as it got a bit same same each day and first few days we had no hot water.

Really enjoyed a relaxing stay.

The bed & pillows were luxurious, so comfy which is important for a good nights sleep. Staff were super lovely, loved the pool! My room was gorgeous, really ice & super clean, walking distance to cafes & restaurants

Cocktails could have been better.

Exceptional

We stayed at Sol last year and our trip was cut short by a typhoon. We loved the place so much it was an easy decision to return. The resort lived up to our previous expectations, staff are friendly and helpful, facilities are great. Great part of A Bang, a little quieter than the northern half of town, though everything is easily accessible by walking, or using one of the bikes provided. Thanks again Sol, we will be back

Fantastic resort right on the beach a short distance ftom Hoi an

Great location few paces through the trees and you at on the beach. Liked it being a small low rise hotel, great pools and friendly staff

Not what we thought we were getting

Room was big and the staff were friendly.

The beach was dirty, it was a half mile walk to a better beach and the surrounding neighborhood was run down and very "local". Which, local is usually great but it felt unsafe. The pictures of the property and the beach are very deceiving.

One of our favorite stays in Hoi An

We have stayed here before and were so happy to come back We love it here, so tranquil and quiet, you're right on the beach. Is only a 10 minute walk to the main beach in An Bang where there are plenty of wonderful restaurants. The beds are incredibly comfy, the rooms and facility are clean. The gym is a plus, machines and weights are fairly new. Breakfast is great. There are 3 pools and it is always possible to get a comfy lounge somewhere. A typhoon did wreck havoc on their beach...on the whole coast in fact, but this resort has done it's best overcome the issues, they no longer have beach chairs directly on their beach, but they do have them above the beach and you can still get lots of sun and sand if you want it. The staff is super accommodating and friendly, we will be back.

Good

The room was a good size and located extremely close to the beach, with a little private beach bar. It felt quiet and secluded.

The rooms have definitely seen better days. The curtains have been eaten by insects. The room, especially the bathroom, needs a really really good scrub. The breakfast options are really odd - with some tweaking they could actually make it really good. The private beach was covered in rubbish so we didn't even want to sit there.

Good value for money - good location.

Great location - private access to the beach and a short stroll from the An Bang Beach Clubs. Great number of pools per room and seemed to be clean at all times. Good size rooms as well.

Bad

The room smelled of mold as we went into the room which gave us a severe allergic reaction. The entire facility was unkempt as the showers, toilet, floor were dirty. The lounge chairs look like they have not been cleaned in years and the beachside bar was expensive and not very good. Moreover, even though we got the sea view room, NONE of those rooms can see the sea because of the sand dune in front of the room. The walls were also very thin and we could hear our adjacent room snoring and using the toilet every morning. Honestly cant call this place a resort. The only salvation was the pool and its proximity to the beach allowing us to sea the sunrise, as well as the beautiful city of Hoi An. Highly not recommended to stay.

Premium beach location, friendly staff, amazing facilities, poils and food and breakfast. great internet connection and 15 min drive from Hoi An center

Not the relaxed few days we were expecting

Room was ok, location good and breakfast was generous

More like a resort as described. We were hoping to have a couple of relaxing days but nothing made us want to stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was poor comparing to what we paid for with the room rate. The walkway to the beach was under construction that we couldn’t access and there was no warning about it on booking.com website. Disappointed! This was what I didn’t like.

i would recommend for a peaceful beach visit and not far from old town.

i liked that they have a spa gym and private beach or i thought so. sadly there was a damaging storm last year and their beach is only accessible from one main path near building 7. there are 9 labelled buildings. the spa is still closed due to covid laws and the gym was moved and not ideal but a couple of machines and free weights.

they had no outdoor showers by their 3 pools or near the beach so there was no where to wash before or after a swim. the tv cable system wasn’t upgraded in all buildings but they happily moved me where i could view the french open👍

The rooms were comfortable and plenty of restaurants and pubs around the location that was easy to access.

There were no facilities other that the rooms as the hotel was probably just coming out of a Covid lockdown period.

A wonderful resort

It's our honeymoon, my first time that me and my spouse going on a vacation together. And Sol just made it perfect. The resort is right near the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We booked a Suite room at first, but it wasn't like I expected so I change to Sea-view room. The staff is so friendly and helpful at all the time. The food and beverage were excellent. The breakfast is a la carte and it's so hearty that made us full of energy for all day travelling. Love the cute neighbour cat. Love the smell of lemongrass in our after the housekeepers left.

You might need to change the fabric headboard. Fabric is not a great material for built-in headboard in hotel.
