Fürstlicher und wundervoller Aufenthalt

Prunkvolles Gebäude im Jahrhundertwende-Stil, sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, Lage, Blick auf das Meer, extrem hundefreundlich, Hunde dürfen mit zu einem Teil des Liegebereichs und zur Frühstücksterrasse, schönes großes und sauberes Zimmer mit prunkvollen Balkon, exklusiver Meerzugang, sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück.

Leider sehr schlechtes WLAN, Party im Club daneben (bis 2:00 sehr laute Musik, man konnte nicht schlafen), Taubenplage auf der Frühstücksterrasse

Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Am Allerbesten war am Morgen das Öffnen der Balkontüre: vor uns die Kvarner Bucht, das Meer glänzt im Licht der Sonne, einfach nur Wow!!!! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und immer herzlich willkommen. Das Personal war stets bemüht, all unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen und dabei immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück auf der Hotelterrasse ist ein Highlight, leider gibt es ein kleines Taubenproblem. Die frechen Racker entern sofort jeden verlassen scheinenden Tisch. Das ist zwar kein Wunder bei den leckeren Frühstücksachen, es sollte aber immer einer am Tisch bleiben und das Essen bewachen, dann ist alles gut.

Historischer Bau in einzigartiger Lage

Tradtionsreiches Hotel des Fin de Sciècle, wenngleich in die Jahre gekommen

Die Bäder sind in mäßigem Zustand: keine Dusche, sehr hohe Badewanne ohne Haltegriffe. Geregelter Zugang zum Meer mit dem Aufzug erst ab 8 Uhr möglich, davor nur durch den Frühstücksbereich (ohne Handtuchservice).

Stay with a spectacular views

Amazing staff and the best view. Private beach. Fantastic food. Delicious breakfast. Super comfortable bed. Perfect location.

The only thing we didn’t like is that they did not provide iron for the room. The ironing service however it was not instant and there is a charge associates with it. we wish we would be told this upon check-in as in the evening we had wear unironed linen shirts and they were not able to iron it for us.

Perfect location in Opatia, gorgeous hotel and beach area.

Unique location, best in Opatija, perfectly situated, gorgeous rooms, very helpful staff.

Too many pigeons in the terrace are a terrible nuisace, probably hard to keep away, but should do something about it. The staff at service in the restaurant was resolving their internal issues in croatian language with guests nearby.

Absolut fabulous! The staff very friendly and helpfull, starting with Tanja from the reception, Cresily and Arnel at the breakfast and Victor on the terrace. Location is perfect, right near the sea and in Opatjia center, the breakfast is amazing, with all you want to eat/drink, even champagne, all is very clean, perfect in a word.

The sea water in front of the hotel is deep, not suitable for those who don’t swim, but there is places very close to the hotel where you can take a bath in sea water.

Historic charm and atmosphere in a lovely setting.

Great seafront location with a terrace to swim from. Nice spacious gardens to relax in. Good breakfasts, nice staff. Room large, clean and comfortable.

Like many large hotels built in the nineteenth century it could do with a bit of restoration here end there.

Beautiful hotel with great location

Lovely hotel with old Austrian charm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool and cliffside beach area were beautiful and relaxing. Location was perfect with direct access to boardwalk.

Prices for food and drinks were a bit high compared to surrounding restaurants.

It was okay.

Not enough vegan options. No fresh juices, with too much sugar inside them. I don't like when waiters forget about me, and I have to wait 20 minutes to get their attention, despite previous days I tipped them well.

Great location, but the hotel is not friendly for people looking for quiet room.

Good and rich breakfast, nice access to the beach, comfy rooms, good location, parking, spacious bathroom.

The rooms were not quiet, we could hear all the way down the hallway. The windows didn't pick up any sound because the hotel has garbage collection at 5:30am, they would always wake us up. Also the staff was very disoriented and we were waiting for the coffee at breakfast for 30 minutes.

A superb holiday

Superb location in a wonderful building. The best buffet breakfast you have ever seen. Wonderful sundeck by Adriatic and nice pool nearby. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

That all sea facing rooms had a shower over bath which can be difficult for older persons. However, the manager allowed my wife to use a garden facing room with a walk-in shower each day..

Absolutely beautiful hotel!

Our room was very nice size, with comfortable bed and a large balcony. The breakfast was very nice with many selections and also champagne was available for a mimosa.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed the day we were there.
