Essentiellement l’emplacement.

Loved everything from the moment we walked in. Staff was so helpful & friendly. We were treated like family and the location was awesome. Our balcony overlooked the plaza and the restaurant was on the ground floor with amazing food and friendly people.
Liked everything.

Great location; lovely staff; historic building; lovely breakfast served at the table.
in a pedestrian zone which can be a bit awkward for getting luggage from the gate to the hotel. Nothing else really. There are no public rooms - but we were out and about all the time anyhow. it was expensive, but I gather all hotels in Dubrovnik are expensive.
4.5
Location and old world charm. The reception was very welcoming and helpful for all the requirements.
The breakfast was very average.

Nothing! I’d lovely to get the same value again so I can go back

The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms had everything you wanted and they even coordinated our taxis to and from town for a reasonable price. Location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel!

Our visit to Dubrovnik was long planned and we had very high expectations. Our stay at the Pucic Palace Hotel easily exceeded those expectations. It's location is the very best you can get in the Old Town. Our corner room balcony opened on to the square below - we were transported back in history and felt like the noblemen that once enjoyed the town. This is a small boutique hotel, and the room was elegantly and stylishly furnished - high ceilings, paintings on the wall and the tall drapes added to its character. The large bathroom with period-style tub as well as modern shower was perfect - we also appreciated the Bvlgari amenities! Full housekeeping service twice a day kept the room fresh and in character.
Our trip would not have been the same without the ladies at Reception - Marijana and Sania. They gave us the feeling that we were close friends and their only goal was to ensure we had a great time in Dubrovnik. Their local knowledge and suggestions gave us the edge to make our trip superb. We especially appreciated their recommendations. for instance, wed would never have discovered the Yacht Club, known primarily to the locals, as one of the most scenic lunch spots where we had a memorable meal.
Breakfast was included for hotel guests and was amazing. When breakfast is included at a hotel, we usually expect a self-service buffet. Not at Pucic Palace! We were invited to order anything from the exciting menu for a chef-prepared breakfast each morning. A great way to start the day.
Knowing that this hotel is in the pedestrian-only zone of the city, we were a little apprehensive about how we would carry our luggage after being dropped off at the city gate and find our way to the hotel in a new place. But no fear - the taxi driver called the hotel when we were approaching, and we had a staff member waiting for us to help with our luggage and escort us to the property - and we got the same service on our way back.
We miss Pucic Palace!

fantastic location right in the centre of Dubrovnik
lovely room, but it was not clear when booking that the only windows were in the ceiling, so we were not able to look out the window.

The location and the breakfast
This was not 5 stars! The room was on the top floor, really dark, with a tiny window, and very small. We tried to watch the news on TV, it did not work. The reception area downstairs was crowded.

Really fantastic breakfast and welcome from most of the reception. You can’t get a better located hotel in Dubrovnik.
Awful pillows which meant I didn’t sleep well and bathroom was not great for the price.
Bad communication with restaurant staff - they seemed to find us a real burden.
