Do dyspozycji gości fotele i ręczniki plażowe. Pokój skromny ale przyjemny z wygodną łazienką. Śniadania normalne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dla mnie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Pozdrowienia dla całego uprzejmego personelu szczególnie dla pań obsługujących śniadania.
brak lodówki i ekspresu do kawy w pokoju

Betten waren sogar richtig bequem

Fabulous location. Reception staff, lady in outside bar, and Monica at breakfast were lovely. Easy parking.
Lighting in rooms was very poor, breakfast room staff all very dour, except for Monica. Breakfast itself wasn't great.
Some of our rooms had a fridge and kettle, some didnt🤷♂️. Hot water seemed in short supply, barely a drizzle at times.
Pool was freezing even though air temp in 30's..could have done with an easy access into the lake, which was warm, for those who can't swim so well.
Pillows were uncomfortable.

Super Lage.
Sauberes gepflegtes Hotel.
Schöne Liegewiese am See.

Pieni suihkukoppi /alue.

Location was excellent, room very good. Hotel common facilities, covered balcony to enjoy the view of Lake Garda, the gardens outside were just beautiful, so quiet & relaxing after a day's sightseeing. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Staff at the hotel were very friendly & happy to help with a small situation I had, and alleviated the problem without any hesitation.
Nothing

There is nothing nice about this hotel.
It looks lovely on the website but I was very disappointed. It’s not a nice looking hotel from the outside, it looks like an old motel from years ago inside isn’t any better, it’s dated, tired and needs money spent on it.
The staff are quite unfriendly.
The pool looks like it’s been built in a car park - I expected a nice view but it’s surrounded by walls, rooms, fire escape and a gate to the road.
We tried to get a nightcap after our meal but the barman couldn’t find the rose wine or a bottle opener so no beer or wine that night!
We were in room 115, with a lake view, yes there’s a view with a huge tree directly in front which blocks the view.
The terrace is horrible, random dirty white boards separating the terraces.
There is a nice area that looks onto the lake but all the hotels have this. It’s smaller than it looks on the website, the beds are old, the view is lovely though.
There is a large terrace which is completely neglected with a little imagination it could be a nice seating area with music and a fab view.
The hotel is less than 10 mins walk to Sirmione so the location is good. Sirmione is absolutely beautiful but it’s a day trippers paradise - it’s quiet up to 11am and then literally hundreds of people arrive, it hard to walk around the town with so many people but they leave around 5 so it’s quiet ish again in the evening.
There are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from
- we ate very well!
Breakfast is a disorganised shambles!!
It’s meant to be until 10am, we turned up at 9am and there was hardly anything left.
Plated up eggs/toast then tried to make tea - no cups, asked twice, still nothing, then asked at the bar. After this another 4 or 5 people did the same but the staff didn’t have the foresight to restock the cups in the breakfast area.
By this time my breakfast is cold, I went back to start again and no bread! Had to ask for that and by the time the bread arrived, the tea is cold. Roasting hot glasses direct from the dishwasher are provided for the juice, not helpful when you need a cold drink to cool down. The fruit is not replenished so you need to get it while you can, there is a station cooking either pancakes or omelette but they seem to be there for about 30 mins and then pack up and disappear.
No cereal provided this morning but I’ve managed to
figure out that everything is stored in a cupboard underneath so I helped myself!

Its lake front next to the lake but you cant swim on it and its very clean and staff is amazing.
Very small lift, very small swiming pool .The hotel has a bar that dont serve no cocktails because they dont hve all the ingredients. If you want boiled eggs for breakfast you gotta pay an extra fee.The rooms close to each other that you can basically hear the person next door farting.Basically what you get in the room is your bed and toilet finish no water nothing.

Undoubtedly, one of those most pleasant hotels you never want to leave. The hotel is located in a superb location, just a few minutes' enjoyable walk to the old town of Sirmione. It boasts its own beach with sun loungers right by the lake, as well as private parking. The interior is beautifully designed, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. If you're seeking accommodation in this area, this hotel is an absolute gem. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning.

Extra bed. Otherwise was pretty nice

The location is excellent for access to the castle grounds and restaurants. The breakfast choices were larger than normal for this quality of accommodation.
The following complaint i a much due to Bookings policy as it is the hotel. My wife recently hurt her neck on this trip and must sleep sitting up necessitating us needing TWO beds. Every other hotel (17 in total on this trip) where we requested this were able to accommodate without problem. This hotel could/would not and charged 30 Euro to upgrade our room. Booking should drop the one bed/two bed (when available) option during registration and make the hotel make a firm commitment to what they will provide.

Clean, comfortable, at a great location.
Be careful when opening the windows - gets quickly full of mosquitos!

The lawn with the sunbeds and gardenlike atmosphere is everything. Great location and walking distance to the center and also closing going by car to places south. Spacious parking.
Variation in service level but the people that were good were great!
Breakfast is a bit lackluster with almost only sweets even by italian standard. A bit messy when many eats at the same time.
A bit worn rooms.
I prefer the sister hotel Smeraldo across the street where e also stayed.

amazing location, amazing staff

AC worked fine and the room was next to the pool, which the kids appreciated.
The location is great and nice with free parking for the car.
The hotel is not a 3-star place. It’s quite worn down and with a general feeling of dirtyness - I would say maximum 2-star hotel.
The facilities are old and work so-so and the sewage was almost plugged to a complete stop. Some of the towels were dirty upon replacement. The breakfast was quite bad with low quality food.
We had a significant mosquito problem in our room and had to kill some 20-30 mosquitos after checking in. Managed to keep it somewhat mosquito free for the remaining days only killing some 4-5 mosquitos per day after that. The patio could have been nice to use, but the mosquito party out there wouldn’t allow for that. And no, mosquitos were not a frequent problem at other places in Sirmione, just in connection to our room. The traces of previously killed mosquitos on the walls of the room tell me that this is not a new problem for the hotel management.
The irony of it all is that this was our most expensive stay during our two weeks in Italy and by far the worst.
