Estafa de habitación

La localización y la amabilidad de los trabajadores

Uno se aloja en un hotel de 4 estrellas para tener ciertas comodidades. Reservé una habitación durante 3 noches con ventana, pero me sorprendí al descubrir que la ventana no se puede abrir porque da directamente al ascensor, al pasillo de la tercera planta y a los carros de limpieza (adjunto fotos, habitación 306). Me siento totalmente estafada. Por la noche, cada vez que se abre el ascensor, entra la luz en toda la habitación aunque pongas las cortinas. ¿Cómo es posible que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga este tipo de habitaciones, y más para las personas que se hospedan 3 noches con desayuno? Deberían especificar estas condiciones a los clientes antes de reservar, en vez de ocultarlas. Porque yo no habría reservado jamás este tipo de habitación y menos con esos precios.

The cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was great. The location was very convenient to all sites.

DO NOT book a room with a river view. We had 115. Lovely view but at 3-4am the nightclub opposite closes and a couple of hundred drunk young men spill out and start yelling and chanting. For about an hour..When asked by reception if I had enjoyed my stay, I mentioned total lack of sleep and was told I should have booked another room. Believe me, I would have book booked the LESS expensive room had I been told how noisy it would be. Maybe it depends on time of year, but if the hotel knows about the problem, they should fix it. Triple glazing might help. Or perhaps mention it can get noisy and give guests the option to select the back of the building. And the air con didn’t work.

Ein wunderschöner Kurztrip in eine wunderschöne und vielseitige Stadt

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Ca 100 Meter von der Karls Brücke entfernt. Die Altstadt ist auch fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mehr als reichhaltige. Es war jeden Morgen eine sehr schöne Auswahl vorhanden. Das Zimmer und das Hotel waren sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt.

Es gibt Nichts zu beanstanden.

Magnificent experience 👌

Everything since A till Z ...it was magnificent experience...the two floors hotel room was stunning.. The staff there was amazing ,everyone so great and helpful...food was fantastic ...definitely next time in Czech we will be there Charles Bridge Palace was awesome place to stay 😀

Perfecte locatie, personeel zeer vriendelijk en kundig , ontbijt was boven verwachtingen , kamer zeer fijn , bed prima , echt een aanrader !

Die Lage war Topp. Restaurants direkt neben an aber dennoch sehr ruhig die Nacht. Kein Straßenlärm und Flur.- Nachbarzimmer Geräusche. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Schöner Altbau, typisch und passend zur Altstadt. Nur zu empfehlen. Park-Haus 10 min. Entfernt. Parkplätze in der Stadt für Anwohner reserviert.

Exceptional... Just super Impressive.

We stayed at the hotel for eight days, and during our stay we celebrated our twentieth wedding anniversary. The check-in and the check-out went smoothly and fast. The location was just amazing and superb, just one minute walk to reach the river, two minutes walk to reach "Charles Bridge", ten minutes walk to reach "Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock". The breakfast was perfect and exceptional with many choices. Very good coffee. Super friendly helpful staff. Our room was amazing, clean, spacious and bright. They cleaned our room every day and they changed our towels daily. The hotel was perfect, clean and safe. We loved the old charm concrete spiral staircase and the artistic paintings on the walls. Honestly, everything was great. We look forward to visiting Prague and Charles Bridge Palace again. A great place to stay. Strongly recommend...

Two days before leaving the hotel I asked for a small take-away breakfast box for two persons (me and my wife) due to our early flight at 6 a.m. The young lady at reception confirmed me that the take-away breakfast box will be ready at the reception when we checked-out. But unfortunately nothing was prepared (its OK, definitely she forgot). But Mr. Filip (the gentleman who speaks Arabic language) was very helpful and responded to our request and prepared for us two bags with fruits and sweets. Thank you Mr. Filip, that was very nice from your side...

Ottimo hotel per un weekend a Praga

Hotel confortevole in pieno centro. Arredamento ed interni un po' all'antica ma confortevoli. Personale molto disponibile. Buona la colazione a buffet.

C'e` un solo ascensore anche per il personale di servizio, quindi puo` esserci un po' d'attesa, ma nella norma

mooi hotel op een super locatie

Het hotel ligt op een heel centrale locatie aan de voet van de Karelsbrug. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zijn ruim. het ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid en netjes verzorgd.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Hotel was so central for the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We paid a little extra for a river view and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

Location is excellent

Location is right at Charles Bridge with good views of the River as promised. My bedroom & bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and Good value. Hotel is a beautiful old style building about 200 years old and is well maintained. Bedrooms look just like pictures on website. Kettle and coffee machine provided which is always a win!

Pillows were too small and soft. Kingsize bed is 2 singles pushed together and 'joined' together with a thin sheet which you can feel and is uncomfortable, they need to put a thicker cover on for comfort. Rooms are old style and fashion but looks just like photo's on site. Could be a little upgraded. We had 3 rooms facing the river, we paid the same price but not all rooms were equal, some were definately 'nicer' and bigger than the others for the same price.

Magnifique découverte de Prague

Emplacement idéal, vue magnifique, chambre spacieuse et confortable, le nettoyage des chambres était très bien, petit déjeuner complet et très bon.

J'avais demandé un lit double et nous avons eu 2 lits simples collés avec 2 couvertures individuels, une couette 2 places aurait été appréciée, et la première nuit il faisait frais dans la chambre.

Ein Hotel sehr empfehlenswert für Stadtbeichtigungen.

Lage ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen. Saubere Zimmer, allerdings Größe und Einrichtung schön aber Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich.

Frühstücksraum etwas beengt, auch in den weniger frequentierten Zeiten.

Muy muy recomendable

La ubicación lo mejor. Tiene un desayuno bufet muy muy completo. Eramos 3 y cogimos un duplex y fue lo mejor con dos baños y mucho espacio. Y otro punto muy bueno es que la de recepción hablaba español.
