beautiful views and authentic Mexican architecture Chris and Carlos were so helpful setting up our transportation and getting us a golf cart for our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

A nice little stay in paradise! Perfect to finish our Yucatan vacation!

The facilities are great. You are away from the most touristy area of the island, in a nice place near the south tip. The hotel is great, with a nice private pool and a great view. It's also paired with a beach-club that you can access as you want. It was a great few days for some family rest for some "time in paradise". And the staff and owner were always very helpful!

It was not a problem for us, as we rented a golf cart to move around, but it's a bit away from the north part of the island with has the very nice Playa Norte beach. Not a problem at all for us, but take it into account of you are staying at this hotel.

I honestly don’t think we will ever stay in a nicer hotel in the western hemisphere. We stayed in the serenity suite and the tripsdcisor photos don’t do it justice, it’s massive and the view from the jacuzzi and shower is incredible They reserve the premium seats on the deck for hotel guests The food was incredible The staff could not do enough for you, especially Carlos and the owner when I couldn’t make the parking brake on my golf cart work.

Amazing, comfortable and well-suited to our needs. Would recommend.

Hygiene facilities were very good as well as the beds and pretty much every other part of the room. Great view of the beach, amazing swimming pool and the staff gave useful recommendations.

The mini fridge, although being well-stocked, was quite noisy and the room was never cleaned or re-made, which might be normal practice in the hotel, but we would have preferred otherwise.

When traveling I have found that having a nice room is expected. Even nice amenities are expected, but a nice, welcoming

The property is so open and airy! The infinity pool is so clean and inviting. This resort only offers eleven rooms so I never had to jockey for a seat by the pool - I actually never shared the sundeck with more than two people during my entire stay.

Some people might be disappointed there aren’t tv’s in the rooms.

This boutique hotel was perfect! The location is beautiful, away from the busier parts of the island, so peaceful, but town was just a quick taxi ride away. The staff was the most helpful and fun of all the places I have stayed.

dis-recommend!!!

I do not recommend going to casa de los suenos at all!!! I was there one night and regretted every dollar I paid. Bad service, excessive price and get nothing, everything you can do at the hotel beach you can do on the north side of the island for free. I waited a full hour for breakfast which was poor and not tasty at all. At any every moment the waiters demand a tip for nothing. Very disappointing!

The moment that we stepped into the hotel and saw the amazing view, we knew it would be a magical trip. The hotel staff were helpful throughout the trip, and the food was great. Can't say anything bad about the experience.

Fantastic. Would love to still be there right now.

The view from our large, beautiful second floor room was spectacular. It gave us urban dwellers just the peaceful, meditative experience we craved. The breakfasts overlooking the water with a view of Cancun in the distance were wonderful and varied. All the personnel were extremely helpful and easy to speak with in English or Spanish.

Our trip to Isla Mujeres was fantastic and Casa De Los Suenos was a big part of it. The views from the hotel are spectacular and the staff (Val in particular) was wonderful. Very kid friendly and cozy! We loved the infinity pool and access to Kin Ha restaurant. We will definitely come back and stay again.

We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom that persisted throughout our 3 night stay. Overall it was not a huge deal b/c we don't spend much time in the bathroom and it did not impact the main sleeping areas. However, we were told it was fixed multiple times but it just kept leaking. Unfortunately we weren't offered any consolation (like a "sorry, that was a pain") so that was a bit of a bummer.

incredible views in a great location

Views are amazing, Breakfast is incredible. Bed is so comfortable! Quiet end of the island. fab restaurant and bar down at the ocean front with great,food and views and the opportunity to use snorkels, kayaks and paddle boards.

construction going on next door but doesn’t really interfere with your stay to be fair. Golf buggy (or taxi) required to get around if you want to explore the island and the buggies aren’t cheap.
