Das Hotel punktet mit seiner Mega tollen Lage und seinem super freundlichem Personal

Super nettes und flexibles Personal, Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt (was zu essen bekommen spät in der Nacht bei Ankunft), sehr hundefreundlich, mega Aussicht!!!

Staff were great but hotel tired.

Staff, both Bertrand and Tariq were really helpful and friendly. The pool was nice too. It was spotlessly clean.

Hotel is dated. Badly needs a revamp but then that's probably reflected in the price.

beautiful historical hotel on the hill with breath taking views. lots of walking in woods.

the price was so basic. we had to pay for the internet, which was not much but superisingly we had to pay for it.

Nice staff but poor them. They were doing multi tasking and it made me question the management.

Was extreemlyNo Air conditioner, no ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet ... No coffee or tea facilities in the room. The breakfast was extremely basic. For an exclusive room we got two single bed. Just bad, period!

Perfect location and absolute great view! Lot of walking/bike routes around. Good food in the restaurant. Big room with big windows.

Very good memories and very very nice hotel with a very good staff! To really keep.

The hotel is very well built and very well oriented including one side of the building which is almost due south (about 150 degrees magnetic). The rooms perfectly meet the required standard. They are very beautiful.

The floor of the spa is a little dirty when a lot of persons.

Exceptionally clean, airy and comfortable. Great value!

The hotel staff was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the manager, Wendy, who was very hands on and personable. She also speaks fluent English, which can be extremely helpful in small villages such as Trois Epis. The hotel was also spotless and airy and we loved sitting on the veranda overlooking the valley below for breakfast. We were very pleased and felt the hotel was a great value for the price.

Pillows a bit too dense, but this seems to be common throughout Europe.

Rundown, tasteless, old style hotel, beautiful views

Nice views from the room, as we had a comfort room on the 3rd floor, balcony was spacious.

The outside look of the hotel reminds of a school camp facility of the 70ies, badly aged solid concrete, It does not get better inside. Despite the fact we booked a more expensive "comfort room", the furniture was rundown, tasteless beyond description, and the room just not very clean. Carpets are shabby, when opening the closet, the door almost fell off. The bathroom smelled bad, no pressure in the shower, very limited amenities (soap, shower gel, etc.). €5 to get a towel for the pool - not allowed to take the towels from the room!! No slippers and bathrobe ! The pictures on booking.com are misleading. Very disappointing stay.
