-apartamento amplo, com lençóis de cama muito bons e camas também. -a vista para o mar é maravilhosa -os funcionários do prédio, em especial o senhor Marcelo, são bastante atenciosos

- o apartamento que me colocaram não é o mesmo da foto (o que não é justo). a foto publicada no booking não é do mesmo apartamento. - a louça estava bem mal lavada - a limpeza da cozinha deixou a desejar, mas ao me reportar ao gerente, este me deu a atenção devida - logo cedo o barulho dos carros na avenida destrói qualquer pretenção de descanso - há vazamento de corrente de vento nas janelas, o que faz com que o apartamento passe a noite e o dia inteiro com barulho de vento encanado bem alto

Definitely staying there again

The place is very nice, clean and organised. We got an apartment with direct see view, it was amazing! The staff was friendly and professional. We had a problem with one of the windows. We contacted staff and they were quick on providing a workaround.

The shower was not heating up properly. It kept switching from hot to warm. It was not a big issue given the air temperature was over 25º C.

Very nice support team and great location.

This apt was located in a very privileged area in front of the beach

It was a very hot apartment, with leakage issues in the master bathroom. The apartment didn’t have a broom, mop, bathroom rugs, kitchen lacked some utensils like coffee maker or coffee filter, kitchen towels, blender etc. The manager of this apt was very responsive and solved the leaking issues in a timely manner. The support Staff Marcelo and William were outstanding! They were extremely nice and friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. I give them 5 starts! It would be really helpful if the apt had these items that are easy to find like bathroom rugs , a broom and mop because it’s hard to keep the flooring clean since we were at the beach a lot. Even though the apt had these small inconveniences I would say that it was a good value for the money.

A perfect place to stay if you would like a relatively bigger place to relax with a beautiful view. I would say the place I had, is brilliant for 1-3 people because of two bedrooms. Also the kitchen is very large filled with a lot of kitchen tools.

Apartment was just perfect. Very spacious and well localized. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Banheiros cheirando mal, pia pingando, apartamento precisando de reforma. Toilets smelly, sink leaking and the apartment needs to be renovated.

Superb

High floor (10th) with directly view on the sea. The apartment is spacious and has everyone one needs for a longer stay in Recife

The room is facing a busy street and windows don't fully close so it can get quite loud in the morning from traffic and people screaming on the nearby sport pitch. The kitchen was missing a spatula and as a result people used metal spoons and all teflon cookware was scratched.

Good value

I did like the space (three rooms), AC and smart TV working, good shower and parking available. Good space for a family and good blackout inside the rooms.

The floor was not very clean - sheets and towels were fine. But we asked them to clean the floor during our stay and they helped imediatelly. The apartment lacks little things, like toiletries and kitchen stuff. Little things. Overall, the stay was great.

Decent apartments in good location for attractive price

Very accommodating staff who very always friendly and professional. The apartment is in a decent state. The location feels safe and has everything needed around. Also close to the airport without any plane noise.

At first we were given an apartment with only partial seaview on the 1st floor although the listing showed a higher floor directly sea facing. After flagging this the property promptly agreed to give us another unit. However, this one only had 2 rooms although we had paid for a 3 BR apartment. This was fine for us but others may not find this acceptable. I would have at least appreciated a refund but in the end the property let us stay for a few hours longer in the unit which was great. Other than that the kitchen lacks utensils such as cutting board and spatula. As a result guests used metal spoons on teflon cookery which can be a health hazard. I also found the windows not keeping the street noise out very well. Could have better sound proofing.

Friendly staff, great location by the sea (albeit far from the city centre), comfortable bed, aircon and internet worked well and easy to check in and out.

Leaving some basic items such as matches for the stove and soap in the bathroom would have been a nice touch.
