Location, helpful staff, size.
Water pressure in the shower. Bathroom facilities could have been in better condition , eg bath sink.

La ubicación del hotel
Me dieron habitación en el sótano … muy ruidosa y con bajantes de agua en el Patio
Deberían informar de la ubicación de la habitación

The location and staff were excellent.
The room we we were in had steps leading down to the laundry and garbage so it was noisy.
3.8
The property was a great location
No bar no food and the bedroom had an animal in bathroom and on curtain in bedroom it was very tired and needs refurnishing
3.8
Great location, short 5min walk from Knightsbridge tube & Harrods/Harvey Nics etc w
Sainsbury & Waitrose also nearby. Room clean & nicely decorated. Good Aircon Quiet location. Staff were lovely & helpful when we had a problem with wet floor.
Overall not quite what we expected given the descriptions. One small old lift (max 2 ppl no luggage so I took our 2 small cabin bags in lift whilst husband climbed the 6 flights stairs to 4th floor) lift was slow & I struggled opening manual heavy gate to enter/exit on my own.
Disorientating layout when got to floor - just a maze of closed doors & steps.
Disapppointed to have No kettle, tea/coffee tray in room - just bottled water (told tea/coffee & top up water was available in reception - however having been allocated room on the 4th floor & the rickety lift, we didn't bother!) No mention of soft drinks or being served tea/coffee in room per descriptions. No bar/dining room.either. but in room continental breakfast available to pre-order at cost of £17.75 each.
Unfortunately Carpet in room large wet patch next to bed due to leaky radiator so was offered another room. Had to physically move bedside cabinets to get a plug for charging our devices.
Described as 'luxurious' with 'lavish facilities' but that may be stretching it a little given the above.
Having stayed in many hotels, The Beaufort, apart from location & being well presented & clean - feel slightly cheated by the descriptions which was a great shame given we booked as we felt it would be a nice treat & wanted to love it!

Good location to Harrods.
No closet, no dresser. My suitcase had to be set on a chair. Room was very small. Would not stay there again.

Excellent location. Very helpful and supportive staff!
The elevator wasn’t working throughout my one week stay! There was a rat running around my room!

Didn’t want breakfast, so the no breakfast option suited us well.
Lovely room in quiet road.
Very comfortable, clean and well maintained.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Coffee/ tea facilities in our room would have been welcome.

The staff on front desk, very polite and when we had an issue with fly's in one of our rooms they dealt with it, however on reflection we should of moved rooms.
Paying £200 per night for the level of the room is far too expensive.
Bathroom - Mould in bathroom, shower leaking, mould on the slip mat
Bedroom - Window broken and difficult to open, it also led to an open area which I wasn't aware of and had ladders in, I just didn't feel very safe.
No coffee making facility in the room which whilst they are in reception is not ideal late at night when you want a cup of tea.
I think the hotel is very dated and needs a revamp and your prices should reflect that.
3.8
excellent location. friendly and helpful staff. comfortable rooms.
elevator is very small and has an extremely heavy and hard to open old style iron accordion door. rooms didn’t have a small fridge or kettle not did they have complementary tea/coffee in rooms.
3.8
Staff were friendly and did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The management do not have their eyes on the business. If they paid more attention to the detail it could be a better place.
The hotel is not value for money. We were paying around the AUD$370 a night. When we checked in to the first room the TV that was mounted on the wall was on an angle and the cables were dangling down. The Hotel was once renovated but over time has depreciated and the owners do not seem to want to spend money for the up keep. It is the finer details plaster on the ceiling that has not been finished properly, bathroom doors that Jam, water pressure very poor.If you are a lady with long hair washing out the shampoo would be impossible.
Bit annoying when you spend this kind money
3.8
cosy place and friendly staff and great location
no free car park , no secure hold luggage area
3.8
the location
awkward on the inside, harry potter meets squid game vibe about it. you will know what I mean once you stay and use the 1x1 sq m elevator.
staff ok, looked stressed for some reason.

room. staff, location
breakfast could have better bread and juice. Not bad, though

Really nice, cozy atmosphere.
Calm residential area direct vicinity to shopping and all...
