We like the spacious room & view. And your staff are very attentive and polite.
The pillows are very flat and buffet breakfast was mediocre. And we didn't swim in the pool as the water looked rather murky.

Location is ok. Probably very good for local children to swim in pool. Room was a good size
Facilities were not what we wanted. Restaurant menu was so-so. No bar. Beach not so good. Never mind.

The swimming pool huge and good
The facilities were very bad

The staff were very helpful. They hear all our rants and complaints and tried really hard to fulfil all our needs.
The hotel is in a state of rundown. Everywhere is musky. I booked and paid for a room with bath tub but the tub was not functional. Stayed for 2 nights and the aircon didn't work the second night. No gym, no game room, everything centers on pool activities.

We like the hotel location as it is near to town centre. We were assigned to rooms on the lower level which is great due to my mother-in-law mobility. Only thing that is good in the hotel was Ms Veronica Chee (Duty Manager). She was helpful throughout our stay.
All 3 rooms had a musty smell. Balcony doors could not be properly closed. Several wall socket didn't work, with exposed wires on the table lamps. We had to request for bath floor mats (not provided), after one of the bathrooms had issues closing the shower stall door.
There's only one elevator (I think) to serve all the guests after registration.
Maybe due to Covid, many facilities were not available.
Seems like only the reception staff had some form of training. Staff were nicer to my family (huh?) after Ms. Veronica highlighted to them that we were in the Junior Suite. Otherwise, most of the staff seemed indifference towards the guests.
They have a decent menu with good size portions. However, on the 2nd night many items were not available - only local fry-up dishes. One reason given was because since there's not many guest left after Sunday afternoon check-out, so they had removed these items from the menu. Restaurant service was pretty slow too.
