Perfect location for the Maratón Cozumel. Quiet. secure location. Has refrigerator. nice grounds.
Dirty sheets on both beds! Entry door lock not very secure. Fluorescent light inop. Bathroom very hot, door didn’t stay shut. Ceiling fan wobbled, looks like it’s ready to fall off. no microwave or coffeemaker.

Very friendly, clean, nice garden, good location can reach main square in 10 minutes walking, close to supermarket and oceanfront is just across the street. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. I'd stay here again, it was great value for money

Great location in downtown, taco restaurant downstairs, Anna Maria who worked there was nice, security let me park my scooter in premises overnight.
Property needs work but considering the low rates you get what you pay for which is fine as long as your plans don't change. Mine did and unfortunately, a simple request for flexibility to the owner was met with accusations that I was breaking the law and taking advantage of the locals. Absolutely no room for discussion or compromise and I was told to leave the premises immediately which I happily did. Previous to this incident I was already unhappy with this hotel as I was rudely awakened by VERY loud banging from the cleaner way before check out time...not a great way for anyone to start their day! Would definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Charming garden.
Good location close to the center.
A bit old rooms but with style.
Receptionist didn't speak any English but he was nice and helpful anyway, so it's not a big deal.
There are many bars and disco's around. So it can be voisy until late.

The garden is nice, location is close to the center
The room was very dark, there are no sockets except one in the bathroom, aircon is really loud, you can hear music from the bars in the night. Its not worth the money, you can spend a night at better places for better price.
