I have stayed in many hotels in this location and price budget and Alkyonis is my firm favourite. will be looking to boo

Fantastic location. Staff super friendly. Rooms were really clean and plenty of space.

Only downside was no kitchen as we wanted self catering but I should have checked that

Hotel very close to Laganas beach in a good area.

Hotel is situated close to very nice beach with many restaurants and bars. Next to the hotel is car rental, it it very good for rent a car. There are also shops near the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a problem with airconditioner- did not work and the manager quickly replaced it with a new one. We spent a nice holiday in this hotel.

The room equipment was very simple.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s excellent in all aspects. The rooms are simple yet nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Actually, not just the rooms but the entire hotel in general. Very conducive for rest and relaxation! It exceeded my expectations! Very good value for money. And the hotel staff? They are very accommodating and professional. They will help you as much as they can. We had such an amazing time at the hotel, 6 days to be exact, that we will definitely choose this hotel again if ever we come back to Zakynthos in the future! It’s the best place to be! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good hotel with great location (max 5minutes to beach)

Rooms that don't don't face the pool (pool view) , are facing the main road. Every morning at 4 - 5 AM the garbage company starts emptying the garbage bins from main road. Every morning. Plus there is a near by Rent a car so you might hear car noise early in the morning. Hotel has no fault in this.

The Hotel is placed 5 minutes from the beach and aprox 10 minutes from the main street. This is perfect for people that desire to have a good night sleep, without the noise of the city center. The room was cleaned daily, we have asked as we saw previous reviews. The hotel specified that the room is cleaned on a daily basis, and the towels are changed every 3 days. Air conditioner is free, this is very important as it can get fairly hot at night. Everything we have asked was taken into consideration by the hotel staff. Everyone was very kind.

The shower is very small. Because of this one side is of the shower is opened. Therefore when you shower the bath is filled with water. There is a drain in from of the WC to help with this situation. The main issue is that that drain has a very powerfull sewage smell. If you forget to close the door when you leave the room, you will return to a very undesirable and bad smell. We did mention this to the staff and it was taken into cconsideration, but the differance was very small. I do not know if this is prevalent to our room(ground floor) or if other floors have this issue. There was also a lot of rust in the bathroom. We were two people in a room for 3. The size of the room was ok for two, altough for 3 it would have been very small. There is not enough furniture in the room for 2 people for a longer stay. There is a closet but again that was ok-ish for 1, max 2 people. We used the 3rd bed as a platform for our clothes after we used all the clothes hangers of the closet.

Good place to spend vacations in Zakynthos

Very convenient location, close to lovely beach, near to the center but not too close so nice and quiet. Next to the hotel 2 good restaurants, car rental and food shop. Hotel not too big so pretty quiet. Nice swimming pool. Clean, convenient room. Nice and helpful staff. Overall we were very satisfied with staying there.

Excellent value for money, amazing staff, perfect location! Can not recommend enough

Family run hotel, perfect location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach but far enough to not be disturbed in the evenings. Staff can not do enough for you, excellent value for money!

There is nothing to not like about Alkyonis, if I were being picky maybe some music around the pool area in the day

The staff is nice and helpful, the room and pool area were clean. The hotel is close to the beach and a lot of stores and restaurants.

The wi-fi networks in our room (and I assume in all of the rooms above nr. 20) are so weak they are almost useless.

The location was ok, and it was a quite hotel.

They did not change towels every day, but every 3 days. 2 days in a row we had problem with electricity. The staff was not so kind when I angry about it, and did not even ask for apologize. Breakfast was not worth for 10 euros.

Superb

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Very nice, clean and spacious room, comfortable big bed. we had a balcony with pool view. We also spent some time by the pool - it was very pleasant. Snack bar by the pool opened the whole day till night. All good. Definitely recommended.

We would appreciate some water glasses and some cutlery on the room. As there is a fridge, it is possible to have some cheese etc to pair with the wine. 😊

It is a perfect hotel for travelers, who like to explore island, and do not want to stay in hotel all day. Location is very good, beach is close, and all shops are meters away, but its far enaugh from the noise of main street, so it is nice and quiet at night time. Next door to hotel is car rental company with good price. Room was small, but had everything you need in it, cleaning lady came in every day. pool was clean, pool area was peacefull. There is pool bar, that has nice cold coffee and coctails at reasonable price. So if you dont need 5* luxury, and just a nice clean place to stay in the island, for this price is perfect accomodation . Also, we had our flights late in the evening, and owner was very kind and let us keep the room till evening, we were so happy about that.

Great location: just 2 minutes by walk to the beach, there is small supermarket, good restaurants nearby. Very nice hotel staff, the gave us good tips about what to visit on the island. Thre room was clean and cosy. Swimming pool is also clean with pleasant water temperature.

Superb

The hotel is in a very quiet and cozy place. There're a lot of restaurants nearby. The beach is very close, 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. The personal is always ready to answer all of our questions and fulfill all our needs.
