4.5
Interesting and unique rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Parking out front can be tight. Not a problem if you don’t mind a short walk to street parking. The village is quiet, so street parking is not an issue.

Very nice and comfortable room, beautiful garden, friendly staff
We would have liked more dinner options, the sound insulation is not great (you can hear other guests walking and using the bathroom)

Superb location, amazing staff, great facilities, would happily stay again, wonderful to be able to share the experience with a dog
Only one complaint about the whole place, the beds are too soft, no doubt to many peoples taste, personally I prefer a firm mattress

Stylish and comfortable in a great location.
Eating options without having to drive were limited on the day we stayed. bring a picnic or order the excellence platter to enjoy with their champagne.

Fantastic location amongst the vineyards.
It was great!

The guest house is modern and very well equipped, it is a lovely space in the head of Champagne. drinking champagne in the spa surrounded by the vineyards was amazing. plenty of champagne houses within walking distance to visit.
nil.

The room was lovely as was the communal living room upstairs. The champagne and ratafia are also excellent.
If I were to add a little constructive criticism, I would suggest tidying up the garden and cleaning the windows in the breakfast conservatory. Minor things, as really it was a lovely place, but things all the same.

The place has its own vibes and particular style. It's a very old probably farm house that was wonderfully refurbished. The lower ground and part of the ground floor are dedicated to, what else, champagne making and storing :)
The room had high ceilings, and it was comfortable, bright and clean.
The breakfast area was very charming and it overlooked the well taken care of garden.
The staff are very attentive, polite and welcoming.
Besides our stay, we also had the champagne tasting that is produced by the same owner.

The rooms are incredible, so tastefully, kind of arty, beds are very comfortable,
very clean, amazing spa and beautiful garden! And of course a gorgeous Champagne!!! I love the Plitanum and the Rose!
To made it perfect we had a reservation at the restaurant “Couvert de Vignes “!!!
I really miss Heidi and her fantastic breakfasts!! The breakfast was not nice arranged, almost empty. This is a minus which could last in disappointed guests!!

Everything, the diner next door, the ev charger, the champagne shop, that’s not an exhaustive list, delightful place

The hotel is set within a champagne producer and is very atmospheric. The breakfast was very good with a selection of savoury and sweet which included some wonderful cheeses. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site Champagne production tour and tasting.
The choice of local restaurants is a bit limited especially on Monday and Tuesday. The food at Le Château de Rilly next door is however exceptional albeit at a high budget.

We were there only for one night and my family had the place to ourselves. Heidi was fantastic. Champagne on arrival and annoyance that the US does not have the house brand. I really wish we had two nights. What a beautiful setting.

very nice property, comfortable and spatious. The guesthouse is very well designed with separated rooms and a common room thatthe guests can share (incl extra sofa, chairs). Heidi is a wonderful host. she welcomed us with a taste of the champagne produced on the property. a wonderful place to explore champagne. the jaccuzzi is in a beautiful setting, in a cave and can be used anytime.

it was fabulous. the furnishings were beautiful and Heidi really made us feel welcome with a glass of champagne. she organised massages for us and booked a fabulous restaurant in Reims called Gabrielle and managed to get us a great table with beautiful view of the cathedral. the whole stay was amazing. !!
