Las instalaciones en general están bien, el personal es amable y emiten la factura rápidamente.

Fue complicado dormir ya que la cama era MUY dura, además de que como el hotel está en la carretera se escuchaban todos los ruidos de los coches, falta mejorar mucho la insonorización. El Wi-Fi no llegaba a la habitación y el punto que más me desagradó fue que las tres toallas que me dieron tenían manchas extrañas, además de que había cabellos en la parte de abajo del lavabo y del inodoro. Además, no me dio buena espina que el hotel tuviese un motel atrás, sumado a los puntos anteriores de suciedad me voy dando cuenta que no cuidan mucho la parte de limpieza. Para una estancia completamente de paso está bien, como última opción, pero más allá de eso no lo vale, menos por el precio que considero un poco alto.

Nada, no es un hotel en el que te puedas relajar o descansar, es más como un hotel de paso, las puertas quedan con guecos donde se puede mirar, se escucha todo y a un lado esta un Motel.

La cama es horrible, el colchón duro y pareciera que tenía un plástico, la verdad para el costo, la ubicación y las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. No es un Hotel boutique.

O hotel está de acordo com o anúncio.

Quarto bem grande e limpo. Estacionamento fácil e prático.

É um pouco distante do Centro, mas, quando aluguei, já sabia disso... A funcionária q atende no café foi mt prestativa. Falta um cofre e frigobar.

Hotel needs to inform guests in advance

The hotel did not inform me beforehand that there was no electricity, no water, no airconditioning system, etc. in the hotel. I only came to know about all these when I checked in at approximately 9-10 PM. The hotel staff should have informed me early on, so I could have found an alternative accommodation prior to arriving in Campeche.

Short term or love hotel with scam attempt

Attention this is a short time or love hotel in the middle of nowhere. The stuff try to scam me, I booked with booking and payed with credit card. The told me no I need to pay in cash but was not willing to provite me with an invoice, finally she give me the money back and we left. Now I need to call my credit card to get the prepayment back.

the stay was great for someone who was tired and now is relaxed

we traveled from canada to playa del carmen....we were looking for a good bed, relaxation at that time of night....we were rested and relaxed to move onward to playa del carmen....we looked for breakfast couldnt find it but its ok cause we wanted to leave to get on the road anyways......thank you so much for the stay it was great

other than we couldnt find where the breakfast was, everything was good

right off the main road, clean and wheelchair accessible—ramps to the main entrance and large room.

Overall a good stay.

The room was spacious. It was great as we travelled with our 2 dogs. The place is quite and clean.

We stayed there only for one night, room was clean and spacious.

Room was located in the ground floor, right next to the parking lot so we heard simply everything what was happening there (guys speaking very loaudly). Because of that its also not comfortable to open/reveal the window and have a little privacy at the same time. Dont expect anything special for breakfast, however you can have some croissant and coffee to quickly start a day

Super clean, pet friendly & modern hotel with A/C!

I was able to bring my ESA dog with me. The room and facilities were impeccably clean. They had free wifi, breakfast and it was in a safe area. I would stay here again.

It’s located right off the highway, which is a bit noisy, but tolerable and not a big deal.

Greasy floor all over the hotel including the room, probably covid chemicals. A lot of noise in the room from the road. Poor breakfast.

Very good

Very cost effective, clean and convenient. The pool is adequate and the facilities are clean. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. Make sure to close your window to mute the road noise.

The “Breakfast” is pre-packaged garbage, and the coffee was laughable at best. The location is away from everything.
