I fully enjoyed my stay here!

Amazing hotel, beautiful architecture and deco, just love their sitting area in front - so comfortable and pleasant! Great Bfast, some days even with live music. Very nice music performances few evening a week. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Cristina - big thanks!

It is an amazing hotel and I loved my stay there! Beautiful relaxing area, amazing breakfast - some days even with live music…music performances in the evenings. Great location and really nice and helpful staff.

Excellent except need a way to stop guests claiming sunloungers they don't use.

Buffet Breakfast was good and enjoyed a pre dinner drink at the front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free beach towels and bike hire from the hotel (for a small fee). Access to the beach and sunloungers at the front of the hotel. Hotel is well maintained.

Other guests claiming sunloungers and then not using them all day. Getting a taxi was hard and could take up to 45 minutes (except to airport which could be booked in advanced). We did not get the type rooms that we booked on the website which was frustrating for some in our party.

Great location. Staff was really friendly. Super breakfast. Very calm. All kinds of activities very close: padel, tennis, golf, kite, sailing, you name it.

Decoration of rooms was outdated, but I heard they will refurbish all rooms year end.

Excellent

Beautiful as in pictures. No difficulty getting sun beds or seats by pool which are all of high quality. Can stroll over to beach for a sea swim in 30 seconds. Very relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for middle age to older people.

Rooms need a bit of modernisation but that’s the style so it works. Beds maybe need an upgrade.

Well managed ,pleasant 4-star hotel.

The front desk staff were kind,cheerful,helpful and gracious-every single day of my 7-day stay there. Hotel is quiet. Everything works well. Restaurant was abundantly staffed with cheerful workers.

It's a great hotel for people with cars (huge parking lot behind hotel)but if you intend to rely on public buses and ferry boats it's a long 25-minute walk to the bus station and 15 -20 minutes to the ferry boats. The front desk was kind to call me a taxi every morning so I could visit a new place each day. Gym had a few small weights but needs a multipurpose strength training machine.

the breakfast is amazing with eggs cooked infront of you the sea is opposite so a swim before breakfast is a must. Ample room and balcony ,great with some time in the gym visiting the town by bicycles from the hotel was our favourite

This is our 8th stay at this excellent hotel.

the relaxed pace, excellent breakfast, and good diner buffet too. Great friendly staff. Clean comfortable sun loungers. Welcome addition of roof terrace. Safe free car parking. Mini-suite gives amble space to chill out of the sun. Useful fridge.

Fabulous location and a great resort that is not overdeveloped. The hotel had everything we wanted for a relaxing break. Gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pools. Rooftop pool was quiet with great views of the bay.

No call outs for anything we weren't happy with.

Lovely

First reaction was poky dark room, far away from everything staff not terribly friendly (no one specific - could simply be me stressing about the bike room, which seemed chaotic). Anyway, I soon came to appreciate the quiet location away from the town centre with noisy restaurants and loud entertainment. My room was big enough for my bike box and me, the bed was super and I had a nightinggale singing for me every evening/morning. Muesli was available for the very early starts, the staff was actually very helpful and friendly, and the pool area just super. Breakfast was fab. Yes I shall book next year, thank you.

The bike room was not managed very well, as a consequence keys were limited and bikes were linked together taking up one of the few available slots with a key for the lock. I worked out in the end.

I enjoyed the restaurants close by, great fish.

The location is great. Quiet part and beach across road. Breakfast is very good.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, I was not impressed this time. The towels are well worn, dressing gown had holes in it and little provided in bathroom, like tissues, and quality of soaps etc, not the same. Cleaning was minimal and no water bottles unless you purchase. They have cut back on the small luxuries, for their Junior Suites. All is getting tired looking

Our vacatio to Port de Pollenca was everything we hoped it would be!

The friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect and the occasional entertainment was really good. Breakfast was incredible!

a fantastic holiday in a great location

just about everything. it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. the room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. the terrace overlooking the sea and the hills was everything we were promised. the ground floor pool and terraced seated area had options and space for all. the breakfast buffet excellent in both quality and breadth of choice. the staff were all helpful and attentive.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel with sea view. Staff is really helping. Beaches in north are just awesome with blue water and on top of that the stay made it more special.
