Gemütliches Hotel in guter Lage für eine Städtereise.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und bietet Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war ansprechend und das Bett sehr bequem.

Das Bett war bei Ankunft voller Haare. Das Bad nicht besonders gut geputzt. Hier wurde sofort nachgebessert.

Great boutique hotel

Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We got given a little route for a walking tour around the city which was a lovely touch. Rooms are comfortable with bath and we had access to a little outdoor balcony area. Walking into Bruges only takes a few minutes.

Swimming pool was busy throughout the stay. Other guests using outdoor balcony can be heard through windows as not double glazed, we only stayed one night so not a big issue. Parking is public in large underground carpark.

L’ensemble de l’établissement et surtout le petit dej qui est somptueux. Le personnel sympathique. La piscine AU TOP !

Les chambres auraient besoin d’être « rafraîchies »…. Peinture, douche… mais franchement rien de bien important au vu du reste

La chambres spacieuses très bien équipée ( cafetière mini bar )literie parfaite le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent Piscine très belle salle de sport également avec des horaires très adapté Personnels très agréable Hall très beau et agréable super idée de proposer des jeux en bois pour les soirées La propreté de l hôtel Le petit plus de trouver des bonbons partout

Il manque un espace fumeur pour les soirées avec un digestif

Book other lodging near far more reasonable price

VERY small room, had to ask for Matt to put into tub so wouldn’t slip, requested room with shower only (see photo) had to move chair to walk around bed, didn’t provide bottle water… when asked staff told we drink the tap, you should… where breakfast included geared toward Europeans, meats, cheese, pastries, etc., variety should be much better

Perfeita, melhor hotel até agora.

Maravilhoso, quarto grande, cheiroso, confortável, tudo perfeito, da recepção a acomodação não tem um ponto negativo ! Atendentes e camareira super simpáticas e proativas, até roteiro pronto o hotel entregou, café da manhã delicioso, hotel super arrumado. Simplesmente perfeito.

Não tem nada de errado ou que precise melhorar.

Classification « 4 étoiles normes locales » pour la Belgique ?

20€ le petit déjeuner, correct. Un prix normal pour ce type d’établissement. Bar avec consos abordables et personnel sympa. Pas eu le temps de tester la piscine. L’intérieur du bâtiment mériterait un coup de neuf. Mais semble néanmoins propre.

Deux nuits (378€ en mai-24) dans une chambre de cet hôtel qui, au regard de celle-ci, ne mérite pas ses étoiles. Du jamais vu, on se demande même si ce n’est pas une volonté d’indélicatesse envers les clients. Pas de porte entre la cabinet de toilette, les WC et la chambre. Tout le monde partage odeurs et manque d’intimité ! Même pas d’extraction du coté des WC (ni même autre part !) La multiprise qui déborde du frigo posé par terre, on en parle ? Ridicule aussi le panneau écolo, « Pour éviter de laver vos serviettes, laissez les accrochées. Trouvées par terre, elle seront lavées ». AUCUN support ou tringle existant permettant de les laisser sécher. De qui se moque ton ?

Good place to stay

Design of the room, quality of breakfast, temperature of water in the pool. The staff was helpful.

Small bathroom, no hooks to hang towels/bathrobes, variety of food at breakfast. It would be nice it the food has name plates near so you can see what is this, like pork ham, chicken ham etc. Also no place to dry the swimming suits/towels, which would be convenient if you stay in the hotel with the pool.

L'espace de la chambre et de la SDB spacieux. La proximité avec le centre-ville et les grands axes. La mise à disposition de sorties de bain et chaussons pour le spa. La télé avec chaînes françaises. La mise à disposition de bouilloire et cafetière. Le personnel très sympa et accueillant. Chambre propre

La literie trop moelleuse, le spa dont l'eau était trouble, odorante et sale. Pour un 4 étoiles nous nous attendions mieux d'autant qu'il était rénové manque d'aération dans la chambre et SDB. Le manque d'insonorisation, on a entendu la chambre d'à côté: leurs ébats, leurs discussions car la sdb est une fenêtre ouverte sur leur chambre. Problème de clim HS: affichage hs et mise en fonction tout seul dans la suite et bruyant. Le sèche-cheveux n'est pas agréable à utiliser.

Great hotel with great staff.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. All the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool is excellent and the breakfast room is always popular. We are already planning our next trip and look forward to staying at this hotel again.

Parking is limited but very expensive. Much easier to park at tzand for half the price, everything else about the hotel is fantastic.

If visiting Brugass again, would definitely like to stay. Will request for larger rooms.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Very courteous staff and of course the location.

Enjoyable stay

Hotel is a nice, easy 12 or so minute walk into the old city. With plenty of restaurants etc closer by. Short taxi ride from the train station. Comfortable bed and room. Mosquito devices provided to deal with the odd mosquito.

The sounds from doors closing, in other rooms, a bit noisey. I brought the coffee table into the bathroom to hold my toiletries as there isn't much room for them. Only minor things and I enjoyed my stay

Location was fine, easy walk to city center. Beds were okay. Cost vs. value not good.

Elevator didn't work and we were on 3rd floor. They brought luggage up but we had to bring it down, Breakfast on weekend doesn't start until 7:30 a.m. - we missed due to early train. People do get up before 7:30 a.m.

Great hotel just small improvements would make it perfect.

Amazing breakfast, lovely pool, good location, very comfy bed, kind staff.

No towel rack/hook. Shower drain needs unblocking. AC/heating control set to auto so couldn't heat when wanted to, and no heating on in bathroom so very cold. Cheap toilet paper. Quite noisy room with pipes/pumps.

Disappointing

The location is perfect it is very near to the center and the station. The staff was excellent.

Our room was freezing when we arrived. We were told that it will get warmer after a short time. But hours and hours passed and nothing did change. Than they changed our room but we lost time and got nervous.

The stay was really enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, walking distance to the centre of Bruges. The family room we stayed in was huge, like a presidential suite. The kids were amazed with the size of the room and how nice it was. The swimming pool/room was so relaxing, like in a spa. The hotel was nicely decorated with flowers and candles. The guy at reception was very nice and helpful who gave us a map and showed us things to do in Bruges.

It would have been very convenient if there was a restaurant in the hotel as we had to go out for dinner in the rain. Having said that a few restaurants were only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Also It would have been nice if there was a sauna in the swimming room. It's just us being picky.
