we only had a short 3-night stay after a cruise but we were glad we chose this lovely hotel in Sorrento, really well kept, spotless. rooms are big and bright. it sits high above the main road in sorrento but its only a 3 minute walk to the pedestrianised areas, close to restaurants about 10 minute walk to port. even though its at the side of a mountain, they have golf carts to bring you up through the hotel. the art around the hotel is lovely and they really walk the walk when it comes to sustainability and recycling. pool was lovely, too.
a safe in the room would be great. one of the lifts was broke while we were there.

Location, pool, communal areas, lovely room, good quality and varied selection for breakfast
No where near enough space at the pool for hotel guests - need to queue early morning to get a place
Although very well manned to ensure people aren’t reserving them and not using them

This is an exceptional hotel. We have now stayed a few times and will definitely return. Our room this visit was on the sixth floor (photo of our view).
The hotel, pool and gardens are beautiful, but it’s the staff who make this place amazing. They are utterly fantastic, they went above and beyond when our flight got cancelled on our journey home. After a desperate phone call from me, we went straight back to Conca park and they truly helped us navigate our situation. It’s become out Italian home.

From the hotel itself, decor, friendly staff and overall experience it was amazing! Staff couldn’t do enough to help.
Nothing it was amazing!

We loved the view and the location
The room was perfect in every way
Wifi was not great, struggled to connect

This was a lovely bright and spotlessly clean hotel. We had great parking under the hotel (chargeable) and an easy check-in. All
the staff were welcoming and spoke great English.
Our room was large and bright with a lovely bathroom and a view out towards Vesuvius (5th floor) There was a powerful hairdryer and toiletries.
The restaurant offered good food choices at both dinner and breakfast, and the pool had enough loungers despite having several large parties booked in.
All the communal areas were beautifully styled, and the hotel entertainment on our first night was outstanding - an Il Divo type duo with amazing voices.
The thing we didn’t like was the lack of privacy on the balconies. the whole balcony was open and anyone could step over the planter and walk into your room, so you didn’t even feel private in the bedroom. Such a shame as the view from our balcony was stunning.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. We had a pool and sea view room and the view was stunning it's a short walk to the train station which was great for us as we had lots of places that we wanted to go to
The room itself was light and airy and spacious and had everything we needed (except see my comments about the air con )
The bar and pool areas are lovely
Breakfast was a good selection with continental, cooked and lovely cakes and pastries
We only ever book accommodation with air conditioning which ,we did , only to be informed when we reported ours as not working that the air con doesn't get switched on until June this seemed ridiculous as the temperature was so hot and we felt that this want what we had booked - they just gave us a fan so I would not recommend going to this hotel out of peak months this is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
The swimming pool was freezing cold
There was no signage to the spa area and no information in the room about anything at all we were just told by the staff that all the hotel information is on the website and we had to download an app but some of the information we wanted wasn't on there.
I ordered a cocktail by the pool - a Pina colada and it had no pineapple juice in it so I went and got it changed but the replacement wasn't much better.
We had traveled through Italy and Sorrento was our last stop we had washed all. Our clothes in Rome and when we arrived at the hotel I asked for an iron and ironing board and was informed that they don't have them and you have to pay the hotel to do any laundry,- it was I think €5 for a shirt and our entire case needed ironing so we had to go out and buy an iron - we have stayed in really basic accommodation in the past that has at least had an ironing room where you could press your clothes.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms
Really not 4 star facilities.

Great view from the sea view balcony. clean tidy and a perfect location.
no hot drink facilities in room and you have to request for the mini bar to be filled.

The room was a good size and clean. Good shower and comfy beds. Nice position at the end of Corsa Italia. Excellent breakfast with good choice and great quality. Nice big lounge bar to relax in too.
The rooms were a little bear and cold but this is a minor issue really. The pool is unheated and in shadow quite a lot of the day and, to me, was too cold to be able to swim and enjoy it so I didn’t!! That was a big shame to me!

Perfect location with a luxury‘resort’ feel….Very close to Sorrento main hub… lots of shops, bars and atmosphere!

Excellent room, and overall great facilities. Good view, wonderful breakfast, good wifi. Crazy ascent to the main hotel from the street, but wonderfully managed by golf carts driven by very nice guys. Evening reception staff were really nice and helped us make restaurant reservations. It is a quiet hotel, but just 100 metres from the main drag of Sorrento. Much happier in Conca Park than we would have been in the downtown area.
Some daytime reception staff were less friendly and helpful than the evening staff. First arrival feels a bit strange but gets better as you get to know how it all works.

The room was amazing with stunning views! The room was cleaned daily to an exceptional standard and the hotel staff were more than willing to help with any queries. Food was also stunning with the buffet changing daily! Great location, would recommend for sightseeing couples!

great, clean and spacious rooms and a lovely pool area. Also in a grea location

-Location is nice, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, and the port.
-The entrance to get in was sensational.
-The pool area was big and lovely. Plenty of sunbeds available.
-Love the garden at the restaurants area.
-The staffs are all very helpful and friendly.
-Buffet breakfast was nice, plenty of options available. Food was delicious and lots of fresh produce.
-There was a small playground for children located at the back of the pool area and it was shaded.
-The beauty centre & spa were lovely.
-The outdoor & indoor area were really lovely, plenty of chairs & lounges indoor and outdoor, lovely settings, definitely a great place for big groups where we could just hang out and chill.
-The concierge/receptions can accommodate anything and was very helpful.
-Great communication online & in person.
-The playground area could be a bit better. As it was located right at the back and was shaded, plenty of mosquitos and bugs around. My toddler got bitten a lot by bugs despite I put bugs repellent on her daily. The play equipment could be better too. They were all dirty and looked really tired. There were little broken rattan chairs that scratched my daughter's skin when she sat on it. The plastic slides, small ping pong table, little table and chairs and plastic picnic table were dirty I had to clean them up whenever I go there. The wooden pingpong table and small table were all rough with sharp edges, made me anxious whenever my child played there. Definitely a place that was overlooked. It's a contrast to a beautiful lobby area that was well maintained, considering Conca Park is a family hotel, you should really invest in your playground as children plays there all the time.

We liked the breakfast, room and location.
The minibar wasnt cold, and we had to ask to have it filled up. It was spesified when we checked in, but we would have liked it to be standard that the minibar was fulled and cold.

The location was a short 3-minute walk from the main street. Vegan croissants available when requested at breakfast.
Not enough sunbeds. Inconsistent times for opening the pool - the board stated 8.30 am. However, this was open at 8.15 am one morning and then later another; I think it opened at the correct time once during our stay.

Nice rooms, good breakfast options and great location
Quite expensive, no irons available even when asking at reception
