Guess for the price. 9 nights for 550BG was responsible. I book again But won't don't book Food.

Sum of the staff spoke English. The managers was really friendly. And spoke good English. And all ways asking if was Okey and if I need anything. That was nice.

The breakfast. Was really bad. The food wasn't fresh. And the same plates of food was put out till it was gone. I noticed.

Enjoyed my stay

Breakfats was OK. Location in the very center of the city. Very convenient of finishing my tasks as I had had some work ith institutions that are all located in the center or near the center. The coffe at the lobby was great. For some reason I enjoyed very much citing at the lobby having coffe with friends and relatives.

Didn't notice anything really annoying. Hard to suggest something to improve.

The room was very big and very clean. Good bathroom and good breakfast. Very friendly English speaking stuff. Bike friendly hotel.

Very nice hotel for most types of travellers.

Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city, close to all facilities and shops and organizations.

No smoking rooms available. :(

I liked the location, the staff behavior and also the 24/7 reception service

The breakfast was not the best. Also if you're coming with car your parking place is not guaranteed.

Comfortable, clean hotel in the centre of Dobrich with very helpful staff at a good price.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. They printed documents for me, offered advice and directions and allowed me to work a little later in the room in order to complete some urgent tasks. Room was large and very comfortable with everything needed.

Short trip to Dobrich

Very good location, in the center of Dobrich. Rooms are large, 25 square meters.

Furniture is very outdated, two very low single beds. The bathroom, leaky shower, very old bathroom fixtures. I had breakfast at the first floor restaurant, there was no serving personnel.

A very tired room and heath spa advertised but looked like it had been closed for years!

The breakfast was not edible terrible considering 3 star

Hot food was rubbish Coffee not good

Friendly staff

Staff was so kind and hepful 🤩🤩🤩. Room was perfect

Great stay for price and location.

Great location, the rooms were large and spacious. The maids brought clean towels daily and topped up the mini bar and the toiletries. There is somebody at the reception 24 hours which is good.

The elevator was not very practical because the doors close too quickly and you have to keep pressing the button! It is not ideal for people with prams or wheel chairs. We just used the stairs. The rooms were a little dim and not bright.

we were very dissatisfied hence finding alternative accommodation on Golden Sands for the duration of our vacation. you

it is very dated & needs completely refurbishing. The air-con was so noisy especially during the night when you are trying to sleep but it was far too hot without it. On Sat/Sun our cold breakfast was plated up despite being told that we would have a hot one on Sunday. 5 slices of stale bread & no-one around in restaurant on Sunday morning. The bar shut by 8pm every night so no coffee or drinks available. 1 loo roll only on holder. I have photographic evidence of the empty hot plates, the empty cake & biscuit table & the plated breakfast.

The staff were fantastic. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile. They went out of their way to make us happy.

Dobrich has seen better days. Pedestrian pathways and roads are broken around the town centre.

Excellent breakfast and location. I liked that it was easy check in and check out.

The room was too big and it was difficult to watch television from the bed.

Not worth the money

The location is in the city centre. The room was very spacious with a pleasant view and the staff were nice and helpful.

The bed sheets were stained and we called for someone to come and change them. The shower was leaking and the room facilities need serious renovation. The price for the experience was was too high.

Exceptional

Excellent location, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was served in the room and was excellent as well!

The location and breakfast were superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room temperature was great on a cold month. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations.

Elevator doors were closing a bit faster than we expected, which was a bit of a problem while getting on and off with a baby stroller.

Have stayed here many times and as always it is great. Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would not stay anywhere else in Dobrich
