Great place to stay especially if your focus is the Nebrodi Park!

Very friendly staff, family-run and the restaurant was excellent. Location is close to some gorgepous places of interest and parking available right under the hotel.

Breakfast is a little small, and the mattress and bedding were a little old. The water is cold if you shower in the evening. However, this is part of the experience we were looking for - and considering we were probably the only guests (or almost), they did a great job

Famiglia con bambino di 4 anni.

Cibo spaziale, proprietari e staff super accogliente, simpatici, amichevoli, disponibili, hanno risposto a tutte le esigenze. Servizio bar con cornetti buonissimi, di prima qualità e servizio ristorante altrettanto ottimo, si mangia benissimo come a casa.

Manca ventilatore, ma con finestre aperte si dorme benissimo

Tipicamente all'italiana ! Noi siamo abituati a una 'piccola 'colazione piu' ampia: cioe' uova,, toast.,salsicce arance spremute eccc.....

Certi attrezzamenti nella camera hanno bisogno di essere cambiati ; bisogna sostituilne con altri piu moderni

The croissants and pastries.

The bathrooms and rooms need a good refurbishment, most of the amenities in the bathroom were rusted and the mattresses were very uncomfortable and urgently need replacement. The management need to be sent to a customer care course to brush up the way they treat customers.

Disappointing

The food was really good, they had dairy free options which was a huge plus for me. The view outside is breathtaking.

There was a birthday party below our room, with the speakers situated right below our window. It was extremely loud and the music kept on going until 2:15am! We had been awake since 2:30am and the reason we booked the hotel was to get some rest before moving on to another location. I ended up frustrated rather than well rested

Goid choice when staying in Cesaro'

Very good restaurant within the hotel at very reasonable prices, parking available, all staff very nice and helpful, room was overall comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was also very satisfactory with staff once again being 100%.

Very little, rooms (at least the room we had) need some more attention regarding maintenance, especially the bathroom. Cleanliness was very good just some maintenance is required.

Lovely stay at Hotel Mazzurco

The setting is excellent and surrounded by mountains. Easily accessible to other nearby small medieval towns. Parking space is available both for the stay as well as for the restaurant. Food is abundant and delicious and service is very good and efficient.

Exceptional

Hotel was the hub of the local community. Fantastic restaurant with an extensive menu - breakfast in the adjacent bar with great croissants and coffee. Room was fine. Views of etna from the front of hotel. Lovely village to explore. Staff very friendly.

Nice hotel for a short break

The hotel is located in an excellent location which is easily accessable. The hosts went out of there way to accommodate to our every need. Breakfast was really good and we also ate dinner there with very short notice and they still served us. The croissants were devine. Rooms were very clean and clean sheets everyday.

The mattresses were a bit worn out but not that bad.

Location is great for accessing the nearby Nebrodi Park etc.

The room is very small plus the heating is really bad. There was no hot/warm water for hours. Also the smell coming from the bathroom was really bad like it was coming directly from the draining system.
