The bar across the road was very nice and the woman there was very friendly.
The location was bad, there was nothing else around, just a few small shops 15 minutes walk down the road.

i loved how it felt like home because of the cosy look and friendly staff compared to those big 5 stars hotel. evi is particularly spectacular! love her attentiveness and friendliness!
the beach side is also lovely, not crowded and has more privacy.
not dislike but more of an incovenience is that the blue bus doesn’t go all the way close to the property. there is green bus stop right in front of the hotel but beware because it doesn’t stop when it is full and you might need to wait ++ hrs for the next one.
also a bit of a dislike is the breakfast buffet which is the same every day 😅 but i guess thats continental breakfast for you.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself was lovely too! Would absolutely stay again.

Everything was beyond our expectations! Staff were wonderful. They helped store our luggage when we arrived super early, upgraded our room to Sea View and helped out with whatever else we needed. This place has everything you could want. Great location away from the crowds. Everything we ordered of the menu was real nice! 10/10 would stay again and longer!
Nothing worth mentioning honestly.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Loved the pool and the balcony with a view to the mountains and ocean. Cute beach right in front of the hotel. I would definitely come again!

Good location (when you have a car at your disposal). Nice pool area. Very friendly staff.
Tiny bathroom. Breakfast needs an upgrade.

Literally everything was amazing. But the food and our room view was the best!!!! We got the sea view room and it was charmingly beautiful. The staff was so helpful with everything and so kind. The food was so tasty, especially the dinner! So many choice we got (also for breakfast). We definitely will come back. 😍

The view was amazing, the staff so very friendly especially the manager of the property.
The curtains in the bedroom, they didn't meet in the middle and need to be changed

The people working there are super nice and attentive. We had some trouble with hiring a car and they told us to not worry about it, to go enjoy our day, and that they would take care of it. Anything we asked they were more than helpful and told us that they did it because they wanted us to have a great vacation. There is nothing like people who do their job with the best heart!

Deck we liked until we were chased off it! Owner said we couldn’t sit there any longer while finishing our dinner/wine as the bar was there. Strange as there was an open staircase to public parking.
It was as if they thought we were going to steal the alcohol!
The proprietors of this hotel seem to have missed their vocation-they aspire to be prison wardens but they are trapped in the hospitality industry.
Never in 50 years of global travel have I been treated with such authoritarian rudeness.
We were chased off the dinner terrace before we had a chance to finish our expensive wine and sought refuge in our room where we were chatting quietly with the door open to allow fresh air through the room when another officious staff member insisted we close our door.
We were at least 4 metres from the corridor listening in disbelief when she told us that “she HAD THE AUTHORITY to throw us out onto the street”.
Needless to say on the following day we took the earliest opportunity to hit the road and find better hospitality elsewhere.

- the hotel pictures do not match the real hotel impressions. we were really surprised that it was that beautiful and modern.
- beach was quiet (not many tourists) and had a great sea entry to snorkel and swim around.
- beach bar was really cool.
- breakfast was a good mix. Orange juice could be better.
- staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable
- pool area was cool.
- Great tavernas around the hotel. We would recommend having a car in Corfu to explore. Due to the general street conditions in Corfu, its hard to walk around at night.
>> For us, there will be only one choice to stay in corfu: Aurora Beach Hotel! We loved the quiet and beautiful beach area, the friendly staff and the beautiful interior. The location was great to explore the island.
- its not a private beach, its a free beach. Guests around the area use the umbrellas and reserve them early in the morning. Therefore, you have to be early.
- umbrellas and sun beds are partially broken
- many and only guests do not wear face masks within the hotel and are not addressed by the hotel staff. We did not feel that the Covid19 regulations are respected by guests and taken care of by the staff.
- limited/no vegan options in respect of dairy products
- we booked a room with sea view and had a side room with partial sea view which made it hard to enjoy the evening on the balcony with 2 people

Location, price, cleanliness, food, staff.
Sometimes it was hard to find a sunbathing chair at the seaside.

Facilities are great. They have a beach bar and a small private beach just next to the hotel. The gfood at the bar was so good we ate our lunches and dinners there. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, especially Evi and Fotini.
Breakfast could have been more elaborated. We missed fresh seasonal fruits.

Great facilities at the hotel - beautiful pool and beach area. Great food and breakfast.
Accommodation is basic, but to be expected given the price paid. Bathrooms could be updated.

The Aurora is a lovely hotel about 20 mins from Corfu town , it’s an ideal location to explore the island but I would recommend getting a car ,
The hotel is between Benistes and Messonghi , both have tavernas and plenty of places to eat ,
The Aurora staff are really lovely and had really good guidance in place , breakfast is a buffet breakfast and is served to you by the staff when you choose , there is a 3 course evening menu which we didn’t have , only because I am a very fussy eater but it looked varied and typical Greek foods ,
We had a double room with a garden view , the rooms were nicely decorated but basic but was fine , had a wardrobe and safe and en-suite bathroom ,
The hotel has a small beach across the rd with sun beds but is a lot of seaweed , the beaches on the west side are more sandy ,
The hotel is very well maintained and is good value for what we paid for a double with breakfast , the owners were always really helpful when we asked about trips ,
Paxos is well worth the boat trip and visit , we rented a car from the airport , royal cars which were very reasonable , for the week ,
We had a lovely week and the Aurora is a good base to explore the island of you don’t want to be in the busiest area

We loved it. The place was really well located near Benitses full of restauras and very close to Corfu city. We didn’t expect to go many times but actually we went as it’s a charming city.
The private beach is tiny but amazing with a bar as well.
The swimming pool is super nice and the the breakfast very complete.
And the staff really nice as well

They had a very beautiful yard and reception. The room was clean and the view was nice.
There was a strange smell and the bathroom had curtains at the shower, which is not ao hygienic.
