Mediocre at best

Close to our meeting location

Room was in lower ground so no privacy unless the windows shade was down, which means a dark room with no natural light. Air conditioner was loud, no bedside table, no place to put the suitcase, no blanket on the bed — just a sheet. Restaurant has a limited menu with little choice of appetisers.

Nice location, poor cleanliness, poor facilities.

Good location and friendly/very helpful staff

We checked in at midnight and our rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (we have made special request for 1 double bed and 2 single beds) weren’t ready. We asked the receptionist for more linen (we got duvets with blood stains) and we made the beds by ourselves.

breakfast is a real problem. I stayed for a week and though I was going for the breakfast between 7 and 7:30 the breakfast was very bad. Fried eggs and omelets were cold, croissants not fresh, juices was not fresh and full of sugar. Big tourists groups travelling together and not enough staff to clean and refill.

Exceptional

A lot of choice at breakfast: coffee, teas, breads, hot and cold meats, cheese, pies, fruit, cereal. Kettle and fridge in room. After check out they looked after my suitcase until I returned later in the day. Shampoo, shower gel, vanity kit and shaving kit were provided. 15-20 minutes walk to Marousi village, which is full of shops and restaurants and on the green line metro. 5-10 minutes by foot to Neratziotissa tube and the large indoor shopping mall. Overall a nice quiet hotel in a very safe location.

Breakfast can be busy at certain times as there always seemed to be large groups of sporty students staying.

Really very good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Civitel Sprit hotel, the room was always clean, the food was excellent (I recommend the mushroom risotto) but without a doubt what stood out the most was the friendliness and attention from the wonderful Persi. always very available, professional and very efficient.

Very good

The venue was nice, the room was big and had everything you need, , I liked the bath rub.

You can hear noise from the room from out side in the corridor. There was no proper blanket. No house room keeping you need to request this upfront .

Happy for our experience choice.

Great location very close to Attiki odos and the centre of Marpusi town. Excellent breakfast.

A bit noise at the Saturday night due to an event that took place at the hotel.

The hotel is quite old and overpriced .

The swimming pool and the garden area as well as the beds . We also liked the fruit salad .

It doesn’t have a balcony . The air conditioning was non - stop …. The shower room had mould . We were in room 5104.

Very poor for Athens.

Bathroom was modern and clean, lots of hot water. Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed.

No coffee-making facilities in the room. No bathrobes. We stay in Athens very regularly in different hotels and those facilities are always available so I don't believe this is some sort of Covid security issue. Also we pay a lot less for a larger and better-equipped room in the centre of Athens. The staff ignored us and wouldn't make eye contact - it was like we were ghosts. Very strange and unsettling.

Decent rooms but a bit expensive

Korres products for bathroom, good wifi, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful stuff. Easy to find parking in the area.

There was no shampoo or shower gel (only body lotion) in the room when we entered and had to ask for some from the reception. For the price we paid we also expected slippers but there weren’t any.

The outside space with the pool is nice.

The airco system makes continuous noise from running water. Not what you expect from a four star hotel.

A little bit too expensive for facilities offered

I think that AC-ul had a problem because after few hours temperature inside were not decreased below 26 degree and i set it on 22.Breakfast is not soo good.to many sweets.omlette was missing.
