Perfecte per una estada a Nàpols, a prop de tot!

Petit hotel molt ben situat i cèntric, a prop de tot. Espais super nets, llits còmodes, balcó a l’exterior… i l’atenció de la Paola, excel·lent! Sens dubte repetiríem.

L’esmorzar, tot i que variat i pots escollir moltes opcions diferents, se servia a l’habitació. Pel meu gust bastant incòmode, però tampoc és un gran inconvenient.

We would stay here again.

The location is perfect. Our room was very clean and quiet. We thank Paola for everything. She is top notch! My phone was stolen at the Naples Train Station. She was very helpful and very passionate. After our mishap, she showed us that Naples is a beautiful city and the people are generous. Thank you again, my friend. Maria and Jim.

The wifi goes in and out. Need better wifi.

Excellent location and lovely room in a city b&b .

The location is excellent just off the Main Street in city. Really comfortable bed and pillows and great shower with lovely toiletries. Good spot to stay for a city visit would return. Breakfast delivered to room.

The entrance is gated green iron bars was a bit nervous of these until I went inside and met the receptionist!

Lovely stay, warm welcome by Gaia!

We had a lovely stay at Naplesuite. We received a warm welcome by Gaia at the reception, she recommended some nice places to visit in Naples and also served us a delicious breakfast in our room te next morning. The room was comfortable and clean and we had a great stay!

The location of the property was perfect, very central to everything. Staff were lovely, if you had any questions, they are able to answer. The room was clean and comfortable, and considering how noisy Naples as a city is, it was very quiet in the room.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff and great trip.

The overall stay was amazing. The staff were very helpful especially Gaia who was always willing to help and give recommendations. The breakfast was lovely and the room was very clean and tidy.

The only issue we faced was having breakfast in the room. We found that the desk was a little bit too small to have 2 people eating breakfast together at the same time. This was a very minor issue in what was an amazing stay.

Excellent location and facilities and one of the friendliest staffs I’ve encountered.

Super helpful and friendly staff who were always eager to assist and provide recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Being able to customise your own breakfast and have it brought to your room was a nice touch!

Location was perfect and they were so kind, helpful and accommodating, we only stayed one night and left early morning and they even provided us with a breakfast we could take with us. it is worth staying at naplesuites!

A team committed to the well-being of guests, from arrival (sending directions to those arriving by taxi, metro or on foot) and during their stay (Paola and Gaya are very friendly and attentive). The entire team, including delivery of breakfast to the room and cleaning, note 10! Also noting that there are two (!!!) subway stations next to Naplesuites. The existence of these two stations greatly facilitates travel when necessary, although the points of interest are just a few minutes away on foot.

although very close to Toledo Street, access by car is not possible. But very close is the entrance to Naplesuites where cars pass by, only about 30 meters.

Excellent location right in the center, warm and great hospitality. Beautiful, clean and well equipped room, excellent breakfast with lot of options to choose from.

Breakfast is served to the room. Parking nearby is quite expensive (35 euro/day for Fiat 500X or similar), but it seems that these are the local prices...

Great central location, very good breakfast

The central location was very good, easy to find. Day and night you couldn’t hear any street noise. They have organised parking with a private provider a few minutes away for an additional fee so that was very helpful. Wi-Fi was very good. Breakfast was excellent. You have to pre-order the day before with a range of items to select from and they allow you to pick quite a few items so not restricted. Includes breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, hot & cold drinks, eggs cooked to order, meat and cheeses. If visiting Naples again we would consider staying here again as location is very central. Approximately 20mins drive from airport.

Sound proofing was not very good as you could hear people outside in the hotel’s communal hallway and when they were running water, talking in their adjoining bathroom.

Absolutely fantastic

Breakfast was really good. Gaia and Veronica were absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Gaia went above and beyond her duty. Lovely young ladies. Facilities were beautiful. Clean and extremely tidy. Very impressed.

Great accommodation in very good location with very friendly staff

The property is in a very central location yet without any street noise. It was extremely comfortable and modern. The staff, Gaia and her colleague who started there recently were so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Naples.

the staff is amazing ! helped us with any questions and gave us recommendations for everything. the room was really clean and comfortable. the location is great next to via toledo, right in the center and close to everything Gaia from the staff brought us breakfast to our room and even if we weren't there in the morning so they brought it the day before so we can pack it

O.M.G. I don't know where to start. The staff was amazing!! If it's reception or cleaning staff or Manager!! The location IN THE CENTER!!! And in the same time quet. The room was clean and beautiful designed. The view from the windows/balcony!!!! Staff at the reception was very polite and helpful, Andreas was our "guide angel" from using remote contol in the room till where to go and what to do... Amazing Hotel !!!!!!
