Fantastisch, gastvrij en heel attent waardoor we ons echt verwend voelden.

Prachtig pand in het centrum van Brugge op loopafstand van het oude centrum.

Alles was super; mooie ruime kamer, erg schoon. Hartelijke gastheer en vrouw, goed ontbijt. Een luxe gevoel door de attenties. Een heerlijk verblijf; aanrader!

A fabulous place to stay, really close to the town centre and excellent facilities. The bedroom was large quiet and comfortable and we received first class attention from our hosts.

The host is a gem and the location is right in the heart of Brugges

The host was the friendliest and most welcoming person I've ever seen, all without being intrusive. All the little details are just too cute, but I won't spoil them here. Also the property has a phenomenal location with just a 5 minute walk into the historic city center.

Parking situation is not great (far away or expensive) but that was expected.

I liked everything about the property and the room! Beautiful house with renovated interior. Clean and neat. Very peaceful and quiet. It even had a sauna in the backyard! The hosts where amazing and treated us extremely well.

Can't think of anything I didn't like :)

The location is great! In centre but not in the most crowded place. The host is super nice and helpful. The bed is very very comfortable, we want the same mattress now for our home bed). We are very happy with this choice and definitely will recommend this place!

A perfect oasis of calm (and a touch of luxury!) just on the edge of the busy old town centre...

My partner and I were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Bart was a very attentive host! The room, though I believe it's the smaller of the three, was a spacious, bright and comfortable. And very quiet! Breakfast was wonderful, and we particularly enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna. The natural plunge-pool was a unique experience!

Les Invités was surely the nicest B&B we've stayed in, so it's very hard to find fault!

Everything was great, from the place (beautiful house and room, well equipped and well situated) to our very friendly and very attentive hosts. The breakfast was excellent too.

Apart from a shower door, we don't see anything to improve :-)

Fabulous stay

Very warm welcome from the host who gave lots of local info. 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Brugges. 10 minutes walk from the station. A glass of wine or bubbly to share in the evening. And some sweet treats waiting on each return. Could leave my luggage on check-out day. Breakfast option is available but I didn’t use it.

Can’t think of anything that could be improved.

Well appointed. Within the Bruges Centre in the chocolate shop district. Friendly. Magnificent breakfasts. Warm. Walk in shower. Daily gifts of cake and wine.

Super hospitable stay in the heart of Bruges!

Absolutely everything! From even before we arrived, Bart was on hand to help accommodate our arrival. We were sent a tips & tricks in advance and were even allowed to check in an hour earlier due to our arrival time. There was a welcome drink and snack when we got there and Bart couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was snug and well designed. The bed was huge and so comfy. It had everything you need as a base for the city. It was about 5-10 mins from everything too which made it a great base to explore from.

Elegant and Comfy B&B in the heart of Brugge - totally recommend!

The spacious room, the little Tipps, tricks and treats (!!) from the owners, very clean and elegantly furnished room, the sauna in the backyard, and the lovely atmosphere

A little gem

The location is amazing, within 10-15min walk to everything- train/bus station, windmills, major attractions; located in a quiet&nice street. The room is clean and light, the bed comfortable. Little treats left in the late afternoon are perfect after a day of sightseeing. Bart is welcoming and friendly, with ready tips to share. There is also the flexibility of self-check-in which is a great option to have. Had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

More of a note really, some shelve space in the shower would be great

Bart and Magali are super welcoming and very attentive to their guests. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was copious and delicious. The building is ideally located and you can visit the city by foot easily. I recommend it 100%!

The hosts were excellent, very polite, caring and friendly! The room was spotless with all amenities daily. The hotel breakfast was rich with many choices of savory and sweet flavors. The location of the hotel is right in the city center very close to all the attractions, shops and the train station. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful house with excellent facilities and exciting added-extras in the heart of Bruges old-city

Beautiful house; great breakfasts; free whiskey and chocolates on tap; wonderful people.

We found the various necessary codes a bit daunting for our declining grey matter.

Best place we’ve ever stayed!

The house is stunning! So much natural light and everything you could dream of. Rain shower, huge bath, blackout blinds, super king bed and lots of little extras. I really appreciated the special attention given to me as a coeliac. They went above and beyond at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Bart and his wife were lovely and so helpful. We were so sad to leave and will be back! Thanks for everything!
