Good breakfast, silent room, near the center, near a tram stop, large room
It wasn't a problem for me to walk to the third floor. But I guess someone would have missed a lift there.

Stayed here from 17 to 18 October. I want to note the terrible work of the concierge, about 50 years old, who was at work on October 17th. She was constantly on the phone, once I had to wait 30 minutes for her to finish. On October 18, there was an excellent concierge at work, probably a Czech, very responsive and smiling, treated the child to cookies. I also want to note the terrible cleaning of the rooms, dust and beer bottle caps under the beds, the floor is dirty. It is still not clear why there is a kitchen and a stove in the room if there are no utensils for cooking. I had to ask for dishes downstairs. Of the pluses - the location near the center, comfortable beds, a fairly new apartment renovation. However, the price matches the quality.

Most importantly of all, the staff was AMAZING: they went above and beyond to help us finding our way back to the place where we had to leave our broken car for repair. They handled the calls to the repair shop and taxi service, even offering us a second breakfast (including freshly-baked cake) while we were waiting for the taxi. Such a nice experience. The room was actually a small apartment, complete with a small kitchen. Newly redecorated. Spatious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful. Great location to reach the city center in 5 minutes and the Maschsee in 15 minutes walking.

Every thing was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and i highly recommend.Just be aware of that: no elevator. I took an apartment with stove and refrigerator and i was satisfied. Location was fine.
it has many stairs.

The lady responsible for the breakfast was extremely helpful suggesting always to take out some extra food for the day
It should be mandatory for the hotels to state at the Booking’s accomodation details that it does not present elevators. After 30 years travelling this was the first time that I paid 350 Euro per night and needed to carry a 25 Kg luggage over 4 hight floors stairs. What would happen if I was an elder tourist ?Needed to think twice everytime I forgot something at the room. Also, no intercom telephone with the reception. Not nice at all.

High ceilings, bright rooms, central location.
linoleum on the floor, one curtain of two, totally destroyed frying pens. Staff tries to be friendly and helpful, but falls short of providing good service

Very friendly staff. Could bring our dog.

The single and double room were both spacious, simple but well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was a closet with extra towels.
Our room was on the street side, which means two windows and sun in the morning.
We were well received and helped by every staff member.
The hotel is perfectly located close to the water, between the old centre, the residential neighbourhood and the parks.
There was a strange smell in the hallway. Each room has a kitchenette, so I believe someone had cooked without proper ventilation. (Not really the hotel's fault.)
Breakfast was ok, but very basic.

The value for the money at this property was excellent. The property is quite close to the center of the city and public transportation to easily get around. The room was as expected - simple and small, but very clean and had plenty of space for me as a single traveler. The bathroom facilities were very new and clean. The kitchenette area was nice and spacious. Both of the front desk staff were very kind and friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was well done and quite diverse and very tasty.
None! It was great.

The location is great (very close to the city center and restaurants, bars, etc.), the personal is very friendly.
In overall, the room is fine, but many small things were overlooked by hotel stuff: the glasses in the kitchen were dirty, the kitchen items are practically absent inthe room, incredible dust below the beds and a bunch of cigarretes rest in the bin.

good price
dirty windows and curtains - not so good when you want to open the window

The location is quite good to explore the city center, it's just at the river.
The room could have used some cleaning to be honest, there was dust and hair in the bathroom and plenty of spiderwebs around the room. It was quite cold in the room. The breakfast could have been better, there weren't plenty of options. The reception desk was closed despite the fact that we arrived during the hours they said it will be opened.

Nice lcation, good places to eat not so far away. Comfy room, queit enough :)
Very poor breakfast, some staff members wasn't firendly.

Rooms were big, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was also good, and quite.
Expected more from breakfast. The room was oke clean, but there was still food in the cupboard from the previous visitors.
