The San Martino property is at the edge of Ravello, high on the hill with sweeping views of the water and coastline from the large terrace. The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean. Our host Sara met us and walked through a few of the details of the place and assisted with arranging a taxi through Michele's Ravello Taxi from Salerno to Ravello. She was quick to respond to questions on Whatsapp and very helpful. You are in a residential area with easy walking paths down to the main square. Ravello was charming and quiet compared to other towns on the Amalfi coast. Mini grocery stores have some basics but it's worth your time to taxi (or strenuous walk) to the bigger store Despar between Ravello and Amalfi if you are staying longer and want to cook for yourself. Although wonderful restaurants are available (Da Nonno Alfonso and Osteria Ravelllo were favorites)
The beds we not comfortable at all. The main bedroom's bed sloped to the middle and was so loud when you turned over or moved. The other two beds could also use a foam mattress topper. The dining table chairs on the terrace seemed to be missing cushions, as you were sitting on a bar when you sat down. We used extra pillows as cushions, so we still could enjoy the space.

No breakfast
Should have breakfast. Should have a direction on how to use the phone in the kitchen to open doors.

The view is spectacular and this alone is a 10! The location is fantastic, a 5-min walk to the town center, and worth the trip up the mountain. The host is communicative, professional, and informative. The apartment is spacious and is air-conditioned! Also, the apartment appears to be a typical Italian home, rather than a touristy space, which allowed for us to feel what it's like to actually live in the area.
The beds are slightly uncomfortable. AC in the back bedroom emits an odor (we didn't use for this reason). We had to ration shampoo packets. Like all of Italy, get protein at breakfast may require some work. There is only one restaurant in the town square that served eggs.

The view is the selling point. no question about it. All things catered for with the facilities Bedrooms very spacious.
Plenty of outdoor space
Nice welcome pack on arrival
Showers not very powerful and hot water took a while to heat
For me the beds were too firm but this might be the Italian way
No storage in third bedroom and storage in bedroom two was too small for hanging space
Surrounding area wasn’t that nice on the eye Quite derelict in places

The location was above a church, the views were insanely amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The flat could actually fit 8 people comfortably (excluding the couch - i was unsure if the couch could be converted into a bed as i didnt try). The kitchen has a door that leads to an outdoor eating area. There is a shower on the terrace too. The airconditioner was easy to operate and good. They provided tea and coffee, cutlery plates bowls and etc. They did not provide any shampoo (hair and body).
Nothing really. There were shops 3-5 mins walk away so it was very convenient to get any groceries or anything for meals.

In my opinion Ravello is the most beautiful town on the amalfi coast. The appartment is just at the Edge of ravello. Beautiful view; if you are lucky Even with fireworks.
Just one think to concidere. Ravello does not have parking so If you come by car you need to pay a parking service. Same Situation along all amalfi coast. Better come without car if possible
