كل الموظفين متجاوبين ومبتسمين. الموقع قريب من كل الخدمات والشاطئ. المبنى قديم ولكن الاثاث تم تجديده. الاسرة مريحة.

اضاءة الغرف ضعيفة. عند دخولنا وجدنا الحمامات خربانه وتم تصليح غرفة في خلال نص ساعة ولكن الغرفة الاخرى بعد يومين تم تصليحه. الممرات قديمة وتحتاج الى صيانه. ورائحة كريهة في جميع مرافق الفندق وبالتحديد في الدور الرابع كانت قوية في الغرف في وقت الليل ( رائحة مجاري ).

Beste Lage mit Kompromissen!

Die Lage ist top! Besser geht nicht! Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem! An der Rezeption gab es eine große Rutsche für die Kids.

Dadurch dass das Hotel mitten im Geschehen ist, ist es super laut! Für also Geräuschempfindlich ist oder mit Familie reist- nicht zu empfehlen! Es war zwar eine große Küchenzeile aber kein Inhalt. Der Pool auf dem Dach war ausreichend, aber keine Sonnenschirme.

Location is superb. Right in the middle of Patong Beach, which is so near to the hotel. Bangla Road is just 7 minutes away walking. Room is impressive and very clean. I love the spaciousness of the Family Room. I definitely recommend this for any family to stay. The amenities in the room is good. Towels are so comfy. The beach towel at the lobby is a plus and very convenient! The staff were always friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. They always are attentive.

If it was not for the location of this restaurant, we would have rated it a 4 out of 10.

Excellent location, very close to lots of food, Seven Eleven and beach. Spacious family room. Water pressure was good in shower.

However, the bathroom had a bad sewerage smell. We did tell reception but all they did was put an air freshener in the bathroom and there wasn’t another room for us to change to. During the first 2 days of our stay, the man at reception had the worst customer service, he shouldn’t work in hospitality, he was unfriendly, not polite and never smiled. The next 2 days, there was 1-2 women at the reception and they were nicer and greeted and smiled at us when we walked passed.

All night , nightmare on this place. Every 2 minute the airconditioner turn on turn Off so loud every 2 minute , so hot OKAY and noisy 😡😡And all the room smell 👃 cigarettes. We not smoking of course we feel sick at this room.

- Old building so issues come like electricity gone while raining - Some issues in the toilet (water pressure unstable, toilet splashes water out.. etc)

Only good for location but not a good hotel overall

The location to the beach was great. Only 2 mins walk. Also close to Bangla Road, roughly 8 mins walk.

The room was ok, but I really did not like the bathroom: 1. It's a wet room style bathroom across all their rooms, whereas I prefer bathrooms with a separate shower area. 2. I had to move rooms as the room I was initially in had a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink, so the whole bathroom smelled like the sewers. It took them 24 hours to move me to a new room. The room they moved me to, directly above, was much better, although if you lingered over the bathroom sink, you could still smell the sewer smell very slightly. The whole hotel smelled quite damp, and the walls across the building were very dirty and mildewed. I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.

Great hotel, cheap, 2 mins walk to the beach, about 10 to Bangla Road, only stayed 1 night, quick stop over, modern refurbished hotel, hottest water in my 6 weeks in Asia, great big comfy beds, reception staff friendly, great rooftop pool, very clean... A good place if you want to enjoy the busy town and beach at walking distance.

Good area for shopping, bars, restaurants and not far from the beach.

Our first room had the basin in the bedroom. The beds are hard.

Good find. I’d definitely stay there again.

Good quiet location in north Patong away from the sleazy southside of town. Super comfortable bed, pillows and linens. slept like a baby.

only problem I had was an unreliable wifi connection.

The pool was filthy ot didn't get cleaned my kids went I'm with a white swimming top it came pit orange and brown! The hotel itself seemed run down dirty and smelled of sewage

Good room and service

Cleanliness and how close this property is to Patong beach and Bangla road. Loads to massage places too nearby. Service was also good.

Could have increased the pool timing beyond 7PM. Still, not a big deal.
