On night #2 of our stay, we came back to Tower Unit 28 after a night on the town and encountered a few cockroaches. They were located in the bathroom and in the kitchen. No food was left on the counters. This prompted a message to the host (no answer) and a call to security. Within 4 minutes, security was knocking on the door with a can of roach spray, a flashlight, and a bag. He entered the unit and killed as many as he could and collected in the bag. He left and said "have a good night!" We decided to remove all of our clothes from the closet and put them into our suitcases. We had to store our suitcases closed and on the bed in order to protect them from the roaches. This incident caused a lot of stress during our vacation and further stress on the commute home, hoping we were not transporting roaches in our suitcases and then bringing them home. The beach was beautiful, the view was gorgeous, the cockroaches were not a nice touch and definitely hampered our stay.

Unfortunately the weather was the biggest problem no fault of the resort we stayed at. The pool was not clean a white floating liquid was against the stairs way and a floss pick too. Seems like the pool needed so cleaning done. The condo was on second floor unfortunately much of the view was blocked from palms and other plants. Otherwise was ok.

The location is ideal. Even though this property is located above the entrance into the building it remained pretty quiet.
Appreciated the chairs that were offered on the beach. Information to rent umbrellas or cabanas easily accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach gorgeous! Location to catch the trolley right outside of the main entrance into Palm Bay. Beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

I've been coming to Siesta Key for years and usually rent a house near the village. This was just a fantastic upgrade for a quick getaway for me and my wife. The Palm Bay Club feels like a nice resort and staying in the tower with views of the beach was perfect. The unit was clean, upgraded, and we'll come back and stay again.

My teenage daughter and I had a great stay in 028. The condo was clean and the perfect amount of space for the two of us. You are just steps away from the beach when you stay in the tower. The condo had everything we needed even a cooler and beach chairs to use (although the beach chairs were a little old). The staff at the beach was helpful getting lounge chairs.

Perfect place for a quick girls weekend away. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved being in the tower right on the gorgeous beach. We did walk across the street one day to the pool and that was lovely as well. Security (especially Charles) and the beach chair crew were awesome. We took an Uber from the airport and relied on the various tip based shuttle services available to get to the village for dinner all three nights.

The lanai was our favorite spot to eat, relax and enjoy the beach view. The staff at Palm Bay Club was extremely kind and helpful. Steps from the beach, literally. Condo was clean, ample towels and beach towels and beach chairs provided although the Palm Bay Club offers chair service. Traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Quiet, great view. Free (tip only) shuttles to Siesta Village or other locations on the Key. Pool is a five minute walk from this unit and is heated.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at condo 28 in The Tower. It was clean, comfortable with nice decor.
My next comment is directed toward to the office. It was a bit confusing checking in after hours regarding the gate code. For future guests it would be nice to have the code specified in the paperwork we got the the lockbox. Secondly, there was no info on the check in sheet as to how to get inside the Tower. Fortunately, another guest came along and explained what to do to access the building. Thirdly, it would’ve been nice to know some parking spots are reserved near the Tower. It took several attempts driving to several “garages” to find a space we could park. None of these are negatives but suggestions to help future guests.

This was our second time staying in this unit and it is perfect for our needs. We love the view and the easy access to the beach. The Palm Bay Club is a lovely resort and well managed and maintained. The unit is very clean and well equipped. We only wish is that there was a washer and dryer in the unit itself. We look forward to renting this place again.

The Palm Bay Club is a perfect location and our unit was just what we wanted.The trolley stop is just across the street, so no need to rent a car. We walked back from the village each night, saw the sunset on the beach. Perfect getaway!

Very nice place! Everything we needed was there, except space in the kitchen. If you plan to cook, you will need to be organized, due to limited space. We enjoyed this cozy place, but you might not if you cannot be seated on counter/bar height stools. No regular height dining table/chairs in this particular condo.

Perfect getaway!
Celebrating my birthday in Siesta Key was wonderful. This property was just as it was in the pictures. Very clean, modern beachy vibe decor. From the time of checkin, we walked down the palm tree lined paver street to the powder white sand beach & blue gulf side waters & saw the tower which is the closest building to the water. We didn’t rent a car, so parking wasn’t used. This unit has amazing views! So happy we stayed in the Tower right on the beach. I loved seeing the sunrise each morning, as this view faces East. The sunsets on the beach were the best! We had some groceries, mainly drinks/snacks delivered using Instacart. Didn’t use the bigger appliances but noticed everything was brand new, like May 2021 was on the Microwave. Our daily walks along the beach into town took about 40 min each way. We prefer the beach over the pools. So we didn’t use either pools or hot tub. We walked over to the bay side to check it out before we left. The gulf side is definitely a must for us. We rented a kayak & Stand up paddle board & it was delivered directly to the Tower driveway. Having beach access to do water activities was so convenient. Locked it up to a palm tree when weren’t using it. Felt completely safe with the on-site security presence. The trolley stop was right next to the Palm Bay entrance, so it was very convenient to hop on/off. Some guests sitting near us on the beach having been coming to this property for many years & really love staying in the Tower & how the property is maintained. We will definitely return again!

The accommodations were clean , staff we welcoming, helpful and friendly .
There was a issue that every night around 10pm there was an annoying high pitched sound that was outside our unit but in the towers air conditioning system , we told the manager who shared they were aware and had an air conditioner guy out but he can’t figure out the problem
