Do not recommend

Room was very spacious and the furniture was new

1. Upon arrival we were given a twin room, even if we are a married couple and the hotel was MOSTLY empty. 2. At the moment of staying, in May 2024, outside were 7 degrees Celsius in the night and not more than 18 in the day, so the rooms were FREEZING! we asked at the reception for some heating and received some electrical devices but as soon as we stopped them, the room became freezing cold again. it would have been too dangerous to sleep with them on 3. Wanted to buy some drinks at the hotel but it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay by card. I won't change Bulgarian cash for 1 night stay. Where on decent world you cannot pay by card at a hotel?!? 4. Bathroom was: OLD, Rusty and the toilet & sink had stains on them ( I attached photos) 5. Breakfast is low quality and there are some ladies who cleanup tables that are wearing personal clothes, not restaurant specific ones, walking and staring at you while you're peacefully eating. Table clothes were badly stained, so dirty you almost lose your appettite if u still have one after seeing what this "buffet" offers 6. Frogs are swimming at evening in the pool . no fences around the property and huge bushes aside . Hope you enjoy you swimming the next morning! :)

Not what it seems.

The location was good, nice pool (never got to use it) and everything was clean.

Being booked and paid for to stay there in this 4 star hotel but being placed by them in the cheaper Friends hotel 3 Star opposite with no reduction in price. I was told by a guest this is a common occurrence and has happened to them last year. Breakfast wasnt the best.

Pretty big room and the staff was either hit or miss. Some would answer no to everything beacuse yhey did not speak English while others were amazing like the bartender by the pool.

Not a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel

Big room and bathroom. Parking Clean.

Bad small from bathroom. The entrance door was 5cm shorter, you can put hand under the door It was very noisy..you hear anything from the reception, bar, what other speak and do in the nearby rooms, difficult to sleep and rest. The water from pool was cold, you never find a sunbed because people "reserve" them with towels from 5am and the staf doesn't do nothing, they don't care about nothing. You can't sleep in morning because from 8:00am the cleaning staf also make a lot of noise and enter in the room, even if you are sleeping. The breakfast it's poor, very low quality food. The wifi it's very bad...you don't have internet in the rooms only in lobby near reception, even there the signal is poor. They said it's a ⭐⭐⭐⭐hotel, but I stayed in ⭐⭐⭐ hotels with mutch better conditions.

Excellent price / quality ratio. Good location, a few minutes from the beach, swimming pool, facilities and excellent services. Clean room, towels changed daily. Diversified breakfast and totally reasonable quality. It's not luxury, but more functional, with large rooms, comfortable beds and practically everything you basically need, including daily cleaning and friendly staff. It was a good choice for us Ivana Palace.

Although I had the option to reschedule the reservation data and because some personal problems I could not be at Sunny Beach at the beginning of the booked interval, the date of the booking could not be changed. Very difficult, almost non-existent communication at the management level. Finally, I lose the first 5 days from the paid 10 days, with no compensation and with no possibility to prolong or to change the initially reservation date. Be carefully to your booking and don't aspect something from the hotel management - simply they ignore the clients reasonable and justified demands. Very low speed Wi-Fi, often without Internet access.

Great pool. Good breakfast. Nice selection. Coffee can be a bit stronger for my taste. Great bar at the pool. Great music. Nice area.

Wifi is low. I bought a card with mobile. Definitely better Wifi.

Not a place to stay for more than 1 day if you don't have any other option

only breakfast was not bad

the beds were so bad and very small, the staff at the reception (night shift) even worse. An extra charge was applied for the parking, even though the parking lot was empty

my room wasn’t cleaned although they did change towels, I needed an accessible room which the hotel doesn’t have. so some things were a struggle to do each day

Very good

Super lovely bar staff, yet again. Dido and Darina really make this hotel. Swimming pool is great with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is fair but pretty tasteless and has deteriorated a little over the years Ihave been coming. Fresh seasonal cherries were a nice touch though. The rooms are good but please think about sockets near a mirror!

Ivana Palace is a very good choice to stay in Sunny Beach because of its great location (5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the bus station), staff, room, food.

Cheap 4* hotel, but could easily be much better

Good size rooms. Modern. Room very clean at the start of the stay.. Good bar, with reasonable prices for a hotel. Good parking. Fridge. The "bell boy" was great.

Issues with maid service: wouldn't let me have a spare toilet roll; towels changed daily, even when they didn't need it; I arrived in very wet weather and the dirty marks on the floor remained throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast got worse every day, and the staff were incapable of keeping the cutlery boxes full, but it was acceptable for the price. Got broken glass in my foot by the pool. Walls very thin. The part-open-plan magnifies sound around the building. Noisy most of the time, even out of season. Very small and difficult bath; would rather have had a normal shower. WiFi very intermittent.
