Super hotel w świetnej lokalizacji !

Perfekcyjna lokalizacja . Duże,pięknie urządzone pokoje z balkonem i widokiem na katedrę . Wszędzie blisko. Wokoło mnóstwo knajpek i targ . Śniadanko skromne ale wystarczające . Pyszna kawka i słodkości . Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jest sauna i jacuzzi widziałam nie korzystałam.

Lovely and centrally located.

Beautiful rooms in central location.

The car park is shared with another hotel ten minutes’ walk away so dropping off luggage and then having to drive to it is a bit hairy. It’s also a really narrow, small access to it so be aware. We had a front room and the noise from the street was very loud until gone 2am. Fine if you’re up til then but we had had a long day travelling.

Friendly staff & good location. The hotel is tired & the rooftop bar is closed

Friendly staff & great location

The hotel wasn’t nearly as nice as the photos. The rooftop bar is atrocious & unkept (it’s not open for guests) & the room is tired with cracks in the floor & curtains coming off the rails.

Excellent location, friendly staff

The location was great. It was near a lot of food options and sights. The kitchenette was also very convenient. The rooftop lounge area provided a great view of the city.

contemporary very well equipped spacious room in a well located hotel

bed was uncomfortable and creaked; not fixed despite asking for them to fix it; breakfast room was cramped and poorly laid out; did not encourage a comfortable eating experience; easy chairs in room looked great but were not comfortable

Right in the heart of Catania, minutes from the busy restaurant district. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms. Really enjoyed our short stay

Allocated parking was a short walk away and challenging for a larger car, but to be expected in the centre of this old town.

Won't be back to the Duomo Suites or Catania.

the location was very good regarding access to the core of the city, trains and buses. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was adequate. As meals were not included we ate elsewhere. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful.

Although the room included a kitchen there was not any cutlery beyond a couple of spoons, no pots or pans or kitchen utensils. There were 2 drinking glasses and coffee cups but no plates or bowls. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room needs a refresh. The paint was marred and chipped and the bed was cheap. I believe there was only a small cafe table and a couple of flimsy chairs. Considering that this was our most expensive room in our 4 hotels in Europe, it did not reflect the price

Fantastic location, comfortable stay, excellent staff!

The location is perfect - not a misnomer - it sits a block away from the piazza where the duomo is. The area is lined with great cafes and options for restaurants, pharmacy, and small grocery stores. The area is central and that is what you're paying for! The staff were very kind and helpful. Vanessa was really great and I'm forgetting the other lady's name but she was incredibly friendly and professional, too! The staff made it a great experience!

Lots of stairs. There's a small elevator and it works out but the hotel has a unique layout and use of stairs. The parking lot is a bit hard to get to but the area is just spaghetti roads so you have to follow their instructions or else you'll be taken down narrow streets.

It is not a four stars spa hotel, as it was announced at Booking.com, but a simple BB. There is no lobby, just a tiny reception without any facilities. The Spa was closed, the room was very small, breakfast was served in an extremely small place and was more than modest. When we stoped having breakfast, the hotel scuff refused to compensate us in any way. The hotel , except it’s fantastic location, does not cost it’s price.

The location was excellent and reception staff was very friendly and helpful

We chose the place specifically because it offered a spa however when we got there we were told the spa was closed due to refurbishment. This should have been communicated from the start or else a discount could have been applied due to the inconvenience

Just what I wanted for a 1-night stay between arriving on the train and departing on the airport bus

A very friendly and helpful greeting at reception and a n ideal location.

Everything was fine although the hi-tec lighting system took a bit of getting used to!

The location was perfect, just next to the cathedral square. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Duomo. Moreover, we could enjoy wonderful views of Mt Etna from the rooftop terrace. The place is very clean. All the staff were wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts prepared by Gusy were delicious, plenty of choice and fresh-made.

There is nothing to complain about
