We had a great stay, in every way. There were 10 of us, two families and it worked out nicely. We did have to share the upstairs bathroom between 7 people. There was another toilet downstairs or could share the master bathroom, also downstairs. It helped it was my sister and family, so it was easier to share the master bathroom when needed, just something to consider. It is such a cute house with a nice layout. All the beds were extremely comfortable, better than any bed I’ve ever slept on. The living room is so comfortable and homey, with lots of seating. The pool area was beautiful, nicely landscaped and so clean. The air conditioner seemed to start struggling and they were on it immediately. They had to replace a bad fan and did it promptly. We truly did not want to leave this beach home. Loved just hanging out inside and the outside areas. They take great care of this beach house!

The house did have plenty of room! The master bath could use some updates: pink tile, shower doors, the patched areas that weren’t painted. The pool was nice, but the garden was terrible. The plants were all dead and falling over. If you’re looking for a great location to the beach, this is the place!

Our family was very happy with our stay. Pool was great. Loved the open and large family room area. Easy check in and check out. Easy walk to the beach. Entry rug and Couple of throw rugs/mats and cooking sheets could be replaced but overall clean and well stocked. Outdoor shower has a funny spray issue but it still worked overall. Totally would stay here again!

Lovely home, one block from beach, quiet neighborhood and beach not crowded. Plenty of sleeping space, 4 bedrooms-2 with queen, 1 with king, and 1 with 2 bunk beds. Fully quipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, cookie sheets, plates and utensils for cooking. W/D and wifi. Pool area is beautiful and has a gas grill(though not heated, so we did not get in much). Clean home. Only complaint: carpet in bedrooms collects the sand and cockleburs from your flip flops if you aren't careful removing as soon as you come in.

I only gave it a 3 star for cleanliness due to dead bugs everywhere ( we’d rather dead then alive tho). Also, the porches are old and need replaced. Everyone got plenty of splinters. Other than that, the property was amazing. Plenty of room , close to beach and activities. We would stay again tho!

So many homes have enough beds for "X" number of people, however don't have enough living room or dining space for them. The single reason that put this house above others in the past and why we'll be returning to this specific house is the amount of space in the living room and an actual dining table.

The place was amazing, from start to finish. Wife and I stayed with our two young kids and had local family over to visit. Would highly recommend. There were a couple of small things, like a burned out light bulb, but the property management team was on the ball to get it resolved.

The house is beautiful and the pool was perfect. Only a few blocks walk to the beach. The best of both worlds. There were lots of towels, cookware and even some pool and beach toys. The extra fridge in the garage was useful as we used grocery Concierge to have our weeks worth of groceries delivered when we got there. Loved this home, would definitely rent again.

We had everything we needed! We loved the pool and this house is so close to the beach, it made things easy. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at this house again in the future. Our only suggestion is to make the outdoor shower or rinse off area more accessible and better lighting for night swims!

The windows did not open, but there was nice wind tunnel with both doors open. The pool light did not work. A few outside lights around the pool area did not work. The house was not prep cleaned prior to our stay as there were some dead roaches on the stairs, no encounters with live ones, as they can be expected everywhere on the beach.
The pool was kept clean, a gentleman came twice to clean it during our 5 day stay. Another gentleman came and wheeled the trash cans to the road.
We also had one lady stop by saying they rented the property for some time in the future and she tried to come in and take photos. I did not allow her to do so.
Overall the stay was pleasant.

It was exactly as described - clean, appliances and plumbing in good working order, nice pool, close to beach, master bedroom on main floor, attractive, well maintained. The furniture and grills were very nice. My husband and I were the only occupants, except for a friend who stayed one night with us. We are on a mission to find the perfect place on Pensacola Beach for an annual visit. This ranks highly. We discovered an excellent seafood place - the Shrimp Basket - away from the crowds. My husband went surf fishing and I collected lots of shells to remind me of this visit. I lived in Pensacola from 1954 to 1992 and have watched the beach change. It is looking very good now, a great place to vacation! The manager was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning next year to Paradise Beach Homes.

This house was cute for our girls trip and would be great with some updates. First off the floors could have been cleaner. I first walked in and saw hair on the floor. All the furniture needs to be replaced especially the couch. The couch looks like a heath hazard and is absolutely disgusting. It looked like pink mold was growing on it. The walls could use new paint too. It was a good size house for our girls trip. One girl said her bed was caving in (one of the twin beds) but no other complaints. The kitchen was fine but could have used more supplies . We ended up having to buy paper towels, toilet paper/trash bags etc because there was little provided for 10 people. There also wasn't enough shower towels for everyone. The pool was nice but could have been better cleaned when we first arrived. There was a massive storm the first night so they cleaned it the next day which was nice. The house is very close to the beach which was perfect. Don't expect any beach stuff there for you to use though because we didn't find any. All in all this house would have been great if they just took care of it and replaced the furniture.

The house is cute and clean, its a perfect beach house. The location is great. I would say it actually sleeps 10-11. With barley one pillow per person. This was the perfect place for our purposes--a week long family holiday. Great location on a quiet street that is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Three bedrooms (master down and two up) plus a curtained off loft overlooking the main living area (furnished with three futons that acts as a fourth bedroom). Main living area is large and well furnished. Kitchen/dining room is a bit cramped, but functional. All bedrooms well furnished. One full bath upstairs, one large master bath, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Back wrap-around deck is well furnished and very nice. Pool area is nice. Easy access to two car garage was very convenient and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is so convenient with a family. Just a short walk to the beach and the decks overlooking the pool were so nice too. Could have used an outside table to be able to eat dinner on. The one that was outside was for about 2 people to share. The inside had cracked tiles, walls needed to be painted and the furniture was super outdated. Glass table in the kitchen was hard to maintain clean through the week with kids. Overall not a bad property, just needs some updating.

We were very please with the staff from Paradise Beach Homes and with the beach houses. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Only one block from the beach. House was clean and decorated so beautifully. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely book this house on future visits to Florida. Pool was fantastic. I would mention the BBQ grill in your advertisements as we were unsure ahead of time. We enjoyed the pier, parasailing and dolphin boat ride. We also saw the Blue Angels and toured the fort. Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant was great.

my family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The pool was great when we didn't feel like going to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking, sleeping etc. They even had blow up mattresses if we needed them. I would definitely stay here again.
