About this cottage rental
Inaugurated in 2009 and refurbished every year, Villa Asunción is a stone house from 80 years ago rehabilitated with wood and stone, giving it a very cozy rustic-modern touch. The rooms are design, all of them being different.
The house is divided into 2 areas, with capacities for 4-6 people (Arnia area) and 8-10 people (Covachos area) with which you can rent or the House in full or by areas. Each area has access to a porch-picnic area with green area and barbecue (porch / barbecue independent for each area) and where there is also entrance (independent for each porch) to the pool. Therefore, the only community for both areas is the pool, garden area of approx. 700 m2 where there is a playground for children (Slide, Swings, Sandbox, Seesaw) and private parking for 6-7 vehicles. Both the dining room and the Covachos room are prepared to gather all the people of the House so that only at bedtime is when each would be in their respective area.

How to get there: - Coming from Asturias-Plateau: Go on the Cantabria-Plateau A-66 highway until you reach the fork and go on the S-20 Sardinero Highway, take 1st exit towards Liencres and finally take the CA-301 where exactly in km 2 is the house
- Coming from Bilbao. Go along the Cantabrian Highway A-8 until you reach the Cantabria-Plateau A-66 Highway where we will go along the Sardinero S-20 Highway, take 1st exit towards Liencres and finally take the CA-301 where exactly at km 2 you are home.
